store. >> the short-term later agents chased prince down and got him in cuffs. >> reporter: we did some digging on the paperwork. prince has been arrest ed a lot of times. he's been convicted quite a few times and also gotten off the hook on a few technicalities as well. >> what's next? the shooter is still in wilmington. prosecutors in maryland are going to get him across state lines. at a hearing this morning, the judge set bail at $2.1 million. next comes the decision to prosecute him in delaware first or send him to maryland where he's charged with more serious crimes killing three coworkers and critically hurting two others. a criminal defense attorney said since this is a high profile case prosecutors may want to speed up the process and make a decision as soon as next week. >> probably they say maryland

the north. tomorrow morning you'll wake up and generally going to be in the low to mid-50s across the area. the winds will start to turn west. by the end of the day, they will be more out of the northwest. we'll still make it into the 70s. tomorrow night we'll notch down the temperature a couple degrees when you wake up saturday morning. it's not going to be a big difference. it won't be as warm as it will be tomorrow morning. we rebound. temperatures go right into the 70s. upper 70s by the time we get into sunday. you can follow along anywhere. you can get your neighborhood weather right there at your finger tr fingertips. we're going to be looking at 73 for tomorrow. we should be at 66 this time of year. let's look at how warm we are. almost 10 degrees above average on saturday. certainly more than 10 degrees above average on sunday. clouds move in. that's the eagles game. so we are going to hope that this cold front that comes through holds off until after the game.
