this week the coroner's report just ruled his death a homicide and all new at 5:00, steven fisher looks into whether charges will be filed in this case. >> reporter: the cause of death according to the coroner is blunt force trauma to the head. although the coroner ruled his death a homicide, more work ì% criminal charges will be filed. the 84-year-old who lived here at arden courts of beth hem township passed away in april and now we know what caused his death. the coroner ruled it homicide and said he died from kpli kaixs of blount force head trauma. they are handling this investigation, but details have been limited. they have not said how his e head was injured. arden courts told nbc 10 they will not comment on the death because of an ongoing investigation. they did release the statement saying, the safety and well

a woman suspected of stealing a credit card from a man suffering a seizure is now behind bars. the incident was caught on surveillance video. you can see the suspect there standing over a man on the floor rifling through a wallet. she walked away with a credit card and did not help the man after he suffered a seizure. police say after the video went viral, they were flooded with tips including from theç suspect's own parents.

ed snider comes on the 50th anniversary of the flyers first ever home game. it's hard to overstate just how much ed snider meant and still means to the fliers, the fan and the nhl. >> he was a man of vision, of passion. he got things done. he was extraordinarily competitive. >> i had a hard time calling him ed. no matter i called him mr. snider. he never whined or complained, he just did. he just kept moving forward. >> mr. snider loved what he worked so hard to build. he loved this team. he loves this city. speaking as a player and alumni and staff member, we loved him back. >> for his family, the statue represents their patriarch, but also a tribute for the fliers faithful. >> it's disheartening to know the next generation can see where this place and this team came from.
