tomorrow. >> glenn, when does this start? >> it's going to be after midnight as far as heavy rain or damaging winds but the wind is increasing and you can see it right now. and it will increase throat the night, especially in the philadelphia area during the afternoon in new jersey so overall the thunderstorms are possibly severe with damaging winds and the fallen leaves could clog up gutters. the main threat goes through our entire area. and it's halfway up the scale for this time of the year. there's a lot of action going on in the atmosphere.

raided. federal agents showed up today. >> the feds rated four advanced urgent care centers in willow grove, montgomeriville and northeast philadelphia. this is a pill mill investigation. >> lauren mayk is live. neighbors said they noticed strange behavior? >> reporter: jacqueline and jim, it was the lines outside that caused folks to wonder. this is a very busy corner on a major road. the police station is actually right across the way. you can see how many people are driving by here and how noticeable lines outside this building would be. today, though, that was not the case. this whole area was blocked off with police tape and law enforcement. down the front walkway, boxes coming out by the cart full.

sources tell nbc 10 it's part of a pill mill investigation at several sites including this one and another on roosevelt boulevard. >> it was very upsetting and now i have to find a different doctor. >> reporter: this man says he was just at the willow grove location yesterday and thought something wasn't right. >> when i went yesterday and they charged me more money and i found out everybody was cutting their doses of pills for some reason, it didn't sound right. >> reporter: it hadn't looked right to some neighbors. >> i found it quite strange. there would be long lines so i wasn't sure what was going on. >> reporter: lines were so noticeable that someone shared these photos with us, a line waiting to get in where today agents brought those boxes out. >> it leaves a bunch of people

watch for in tonight's game. first, let's get to the other stories we're watching at 6:00. >> developing now, a child has been rushed to the hospital after being hit by a septa bus. sky force 10 was over the scene about 20 minutes ago. the child's injuries, fortunately, are not life threatening. new at 6:00, the couldn't verse yecontroversial statue th was up on the pole. it would have been frank rizzo's 97th birthday. critics have called him racist and want the statue removed. attorney general jeff sessions was in town to fight against gang violence in the area. he asked for cooperation between police agencies in the battle against ms-13.

the birds play. but tomorrow morning, heavy downpours, thunderstorms and possibly damaging winds. we've issued a first alert starting at 7:00 a.m. and here's glenn "hurricane" schwartz. it all starts tomorrow morning during rush hour, right? >> that's right. it moves from west to east across the entire area and it's going to be affected by this. the early part of the morning rush, western suburbs through philadelphia and later in the day towards the jersey shore. thunderstorms are possibly severe with damaging winds. localized flooding because of the leaves out there clogging up the drains. there's the storms near pittsburgh. this is the many area of action. there's been a lot of severe weather and nine tornado reports.

this is wind damage and you can see it continues to get closer to us now and into parts of virginia. temperatures in the 70s right now. we have a couple of sprinkles in new jersey. and there may be light showers towards the end but the wind increases throughout the evening and could have more of an impact during the game. now, as we go through the morning hours, that's when we expect it's heaviest action here. the computer models are not really consistent but there is a lot of wind in the upper atmosphere. so i think this may be underdoing the storms for tomorrow and it moves from new jersey and later on another batch comes up. new jersey looks like it may get hit harder and more frequently tomorrow and tomorrow evening

than the rest of the area. then everybody clears up and sets us up for chilly weather. tomorrow, it's not going to be storming all day but may get up to 76 degrees at fair monmont. allentown, 75. you could see the sun come out later in the day in allentown and reading pushing the temperatures back up. voorhees, 76. over the next few days, we dry out wednesday and thursday. the temperature goes down but the average high this time of year is 64. so we're not talking about bitter cold weather for this time of the year but we haven't been used to highs in the 50s. it's not going to last. it's going to start warming up right when we get to friday and then next weekend is going to be some more rain. it looks like that's mainly

"i got to take my hat off to him. he's a man of his word." steve sweeney. because there's more work to do to get south jersey's fair share.
