hospital. she is in serious condition. still at the site of a restaurant destroyed by flames. crews were dousing hot spots where it stood for four decades. equipment on the scene to help with clean up. three firefighters suffered injuries. it spread to a pet store killing two dogs. they don't know how to blaze began. dozens of employees are looking for a new place to work. a deadly overnight fire being called suspicious. it claimed the lives of two boys. the fire also critically injured an eight-year-old who was flown to childrens hospital. they are working to determine thousand fire started. the defense attorney says

investigators are looking for a person of interest. quite an unexpected discovery. officers quickly learned the driver was trying to rush a gunshot victim to the hospital. they called paramedics to take the victim the rest of the way. the shooting happened in camden. they have been questionings two people about the incident. no word on any arrests. let's head to philadelphia after a driver is suffering injuries after another driver struck his suv. the other driver admitted to officers he ran a red light. you can see investigators took that driver into custody. definitely feeling like fall outside. it is a cool day as we take a live look from our camera. anybody heading out to lunch and

breaking news out of texas this morning. this is in the city of richmond, texas ch texas. a tractor trailer driver crashed into a restaurant. you can't see the big rig because it went completely inside of this sushi restaurant. it was carrying gases of some kind. hazmat crews are trying to assess that situation. businesses were forced to evacuate. a new effort to protect all americans from stress overseas. new security screening procedures are in place today.

allegations very troubling and he is leaving his role as a contributor until his allegations are fully understood. halperin is apologizing for what he called inappropriate behavior and taking a step back to deal with the situation. they share the same parent company as word wornbc 10. a camera captured the entire incident. take a look. a driver jumps out of a van. he takes off running. police say he broke into a man's home and attacked him with a hammer. the man chased him and crashed into him. they found the man brawling in the street. police are hoping it will lead them to the third man who jumped out of his car and kicked at least one of the men on the ground and sped off. investigators have not said what triggered the initial attack.

let's head now to north jersey where a woman in her 90s is recovering after a car crashed into her house and burst into flames. they say it was a case of road rage. a dlooriver was chasing down another driver. the woman suffered minor leg injuries. the driver took off and hasn't been caught. a driver crashed through a wall here. it left ten people hurt and two seriously injured. the tavern owner says she concerned his employees are now out of work but realizes it could have been much worse. >> several of them are hurt. >> police are still try to go figure out what caused the driver to crash into the

building. now to more new video out of florida. police are saying a man showed a total disregard for public safety when he lead them on a stolen pickup truck. the pursuit ended when the suspect -- it shows how sheriffs deputies pulled the man out of the wreck and then took him into custody. a man joes his life to a new jersey state trooper. the man started choking. the off duty officer gave the man the heimlich. within seconds he could breathe again. the man's young son kept on eating the whole time probably unaware of what was going on. the protests have split opinions. the college survey wund funded by real sports.
