hudson. another breaking story, a small plane crash in bucks county. the aircraft crashed into the woods at the end of a runway, slammed against that tree right there. it happened a little more than an hour ago. according to first responders, the pilot was alert and conscious when they got to this crash site. a child luring investigation growing. police are investigating three cases of children being approached by a stranger. >> in one case police are looking for this car. investigators say the driver approached a girl who had just gotten off the school bus. police say that car took off when the 10-year-old girl started running away. >> deanna durante is joining us. i imagine this is scary for parents. >> reporter: many of them are out here in force waiting for the bus when the children get off the bus here in the bristol neighborhood. police released a picture of the vehicle they're looking for.

and an image of the person inside. they say they're a person of interest in this case. >> i raised kids here, now i have a six grand kids. >> reporter: his granddaughter had just gotten off the bus yesterday, he didn't know it at the time but the girl's schoolmate had been approached by a man she didn't know. look at this car. the blurry figure inside. police say he's wearing a red tee shirt that said pride. they say when he approached the child, he wanted her to get in the car. >> indian with an accent stated get in the car, then winked at her while taking off his sun glasses. >> reporter: the girl spotted a tattoo on his arm and kn gan running to home. a home security camera snapped this picture. >> this is a person of interest, we would like the community's

help identifying the person driving this car so we can interview him and determine whether or not he was involved and whether or not he's a threat to the children in our community. >> reporter: ritter didn't recognize the pictures but he says he'll be watching. >> neighbors in this neighborhood look out for each other. and i plan on spending 4:00 when the bus gets in walking around to make sure the kids get home. >> reporter: many of the parents say they're glad to see everyone waiting out here on the bus. if you can't be there for your kids, make sure somebody else is there to greet them when they come from the bus in the morning before they go in the bus. they say they're looking for more video from this neighborhood that could show clearer images of this car. again, a chevy impala, if you have any information about this case, you're asked to call bristol township police. turning now to our first alert weather.

yes, it is november, but it sure doesn't feel like it at the shore. here's a live look from avalon where temperatures are be in the 70s. >> temperatures will take a dramatic drop for your weekend, so it will feel more like football weather. a live look at lincoln financial field where the eagles will do battle here this sunday. >> glenn "hurricane" schwartz is tracking this kind of weather roller coaster we'll be dealing with this weekend. >> absolutely. we're going way down tomorrow, then we're going up a little bit on sunday. but not as warm as it is right now. we have cloudy skies across the area, but that hasn't stopped the temperature from going up. the clouds are a little thicker up toward the lehigh valley, easton, for example, nothing more than a sprinkle as you'll see. look at these temperatures, 73 in philadelphia, 71 in allentown. the average high is only 61 for this time of year. yet we're that warm, even with all the clouds. you see this, this is satellite and radar. where are the showers? they're really aren't any, even

with a pretty significant band of clouds moving through the area. that's a cold front that's going to set us up for colder weather by morning, you see the temperature drop here this morning. it was in the 50s in philadelphia and across much of the rest of the area. look at this, pa suburbs, it's down into the upper 30s by tomorrow morning. tomorrow is going to be a much colder day. we're generally having dry conditions tonight, but there are showers for a part of the weekend. i'll show you just when coming up. philadelphia has decided to move the statue of former mayor and police commissioner frank rizzo from its location in the shadow of city hall. here's a live look at that statue. it's been a source of controversy since it was built back in 1998. in august of this year there were calls to tear down the

statue after a deadly white nationalist rally in charlottesville, virginia. today, the city said that statue would be moving but they did not announce its new location or the moving date. coming up all new at 5:00, rosemary connors talks to the artist who created the statue about how he's feeling about the move and what he wanted to see instead. 20 minutes of non-stop news continues with twitter putting new safeguards who place after the president's account was taken down last night. >> a worker or his or her last day decided to leave with a virtual bang. the president was back tweeting this morning, saying, quote, my twitter account was taken down by 11 minutes by a rogue employee. i guess word must be getting out and having an impact. erin, for a few minutes the world saw what it would be like without the president's famous twitter account.

>> it didn't last long, just 11 minutes. not only was it intentional, but twitter is now making changes. social media silence after the president's twitter account was deactivated. his verified @realdonaldtrump account disappeared around 7:00 p.m. tuesday. instead of tweets, visitors to the page saw this message, sorry the page doesn't exist. it wasn't just a glitch. several hours later, the company posted this message, saying we have learned that this was done by a twitter customer support employee who did this on the employee's last day. we are conducting a full internal review. >> i think that you don't get to mount rushmore by twitering. >> reporter: chris matthews says twitter doesn't help his message. >> it undermines him because, you know, i think he was elected because a lot of people resented

him to a dishonorable discharge and reduction in rank. bergdahl walked off from his base in afghanistan in 2009. he was released in 2014 in a prisoner swap arranged by president obama. the deal was criticized by president trump and other republicans. well, this afternoon, the president tweeted the decision on sergeant bergdahl is a complete and total disgrace to our country and to our military. back now to the breaking news we brought you at the top of this newscast. this car flipped over after a police pursuit in radner. >> drake clark is learning more about what may have started this whole pursuit. >> reporter: this is newtown road and abrams lane. just up the block is where the pursuit ended. the vehicle ended up upside down. police tell us earlier this afternoon there were three women inside that vehicle and they crashed, again trying to get away from police.

they were initially stopped for a traffic violation at 320 conestoga road. as the police approached the car, the car sped off. there was a brief pursuit and decided to call off the pursuit after realizing there were too many cars on the road. the car still sped away and crashed into another car and hit a wall and flipped over. no serious injuries reported. all three people involved in the car that flipped over were taken to the hospital. we understand the other driver that was struck was not injured as well. police would later learn that these three women were involved in a retail theft shortly before that police pursuit began. the road is still closed. toe tru tow trucks are just arriving. we're live in radner, dray

clark, nbc 10 news. >> amazing no injuries. right now we're learning clues about the new york city terror suspect's motivation were relatively easy pickings. it's thanks to his unlocked iphone. detectives said they had no problem finding isis propaganda and videos. they also found who he called just before he went on that deadly rampage that killed eight people and hurt 11 others. police are now questions those contacts who may have known what saipov was planning. president trump is vowing to retaliate on isis ten fold. >> when we have an animal do an attack like he did the other day on the west side of manhattan, we are hitting them ten times harder. they claimed him as a soldier, good luck. every time they hit us, we know it's isis, we hit them like you folks won't believe. >> federal investigators say saipov was first influenced by isis propaganda when he came to

the u.s. seven years ago. today flags are flying at half-staff for the new jersey native killed in that attack. darren drake was on that bike path where the truck plowed into the crowds of people. the 32-year-old was riding his bike on a quick break from his job before he was hit. funeral services for drake will be held tomorrow. police in camden say a rookie officer shot on duty earlier this week will hopefully be released from the hospital today. he was shot in the gun while wrestling a gun from a suspect. the gun jammed when he tried to shoot the officer in the face. police in south jersey are hunting for a killer after a woman was found murdered in her apartment late last night. officers responded just before 11:00. when they got inside the apartment, they found a

42-year-old woman dead on the floor. no one has been arrested. no doubt a disturbing morning for someone out for a walk when that person saw a woman's body floating in cobbs creek and called police. sky force 10 was over the area this morning. all investigators know the woman was in her 30s or 40s. they don't know who she is or how she got there. screams in the morning air led police to people desperate to get out of this burning row home in north philadelphia this morning. six people had to be rescued and police officers say they followed the sounds to find an elderly woman and an 8-year-old girl in need of help. in all, three people were sent to the hospital. >> we heard screaming coming from the third floor. i tried to make entry, the first floor was engulfed in flames. >> we climbed on the rooftop and was able to get them back on ground level. >> a handful of cats and other pets were also saved. some nfl owners are being asked to turn over cell phone

records and e-mails in connection to the colin kaepernick collusion case against the nfl. espn reports jerry jones, parobt kraft and bob mcnair will be deposed. kaepernick says the nfl owners colluded against him to keep him from playing. he's been in the national spotlight since last year. that's when he started kneeling during the national anthem before games, saying he was protesting social justice. other players, including some eagles players have made similar gestures. there are new allegations against kevin spacey and how he created co-workers on the set of his netflix show house of cards. eight unidentified sources told cnn the atmosphere was toxic for young men. netflix said it was troubled by the report. last week it suspended production of the show. a member of congress accused

a male colleague of sexual harassment. linda sanchez said she endured comments from another member of congress. three other members say they  endured sexual harassment. local lawmakers are pushing a bill that provides training on sexual harassment. >> it's a standard by which everyone should conduct themselves and have the standard be readily understood. >> representative brian coste o costello. they will have to prove that they have completed the training. we're waiting for more information about why exactly the white house was on lockdown this morning. we brought you the stories as breaking news at 11:00 a.m. the secret service tweeted one person is in custody after suspicious activity along the north fence. the lockdown happened just after

the president left on marine one to begin his trip to asia. president trump opened up again about the russia probe this afternoon and said he's disappoint would the department of justice. he did not rule out firing attorney general jeff sessions if the department did not investigate democrats, including tony podesta, the brother of john podesta. >> i'm not involved with the justice department. i'd like to let it run itself, but, honestly, they should be looking at the democrats. they should be looking at podesta and all of that dishonesty. they should be looking at a lot of things and a lot of people are disappointed in the justice department, including me. >> earlier this week, former trump campaign manager paul manafort and rick gates were indicted on 12 charges, including conspiracy against the u.s. former trump foreign policy advisor george papadopoulos pleaded guilty to making false statements to the fbi.

take a look at this, an suv crashed right into a library in pittsburgh, leaving a woman injured. as you can see, the entire suv was inside that library. by the time crews got there last night, there were several people in the room at the time. there's no word on just how this happened, as you might imagine,

reporter cydney long takes us to mom, baby and the first responders. it's a story you'll only see on 10. >> he was coming, there was nothing i could have done to stop it. >> reporter: he was determined to make a grand entrance into the world. on sunday night in their driveway it happened. >> i didn't think i would make it down stairs and into the ambulance. >> reporter: the dramatic and sudden delivery recorded by body cameras moments after they dialled 911. she was reeling in pain and feared getting to the hospital. they carried her to the ambulance. >> sure enough, here he comes. >> go time. >> reporter: max was crowning, rachel continued to push and breathe. >> whole thing is just calming her down and getting her to cooperate and work through it. and that's what she did. >> reporter: as responders

you know, he had a premature baby and i think he had just been given the diagnosis that she had down syndrome. lauren brought out the best in me. she made me a different person. deep down in his heart he feels for people who are disadvantaged. lauren's a light in everybody eye. she's the spark that has started the fire. the goal is to keep places like this open so all people, regardless of disability, have an opportunity for employment. see, i love you. i love you guys too. you know that. yeah. we've paid a big price for chris christie and kim guadagno. they gave out billions in corporate tax breaks. millions to whitewash the bridgegate scandal. millions more wasted on empty office space. we got stuck with the bill. property taxes up. train and bus fares up. college tuition up. women's healthcare funding eliminated
