just spoke conway about these investigations. >> this stems from a report in "the washington post" where a woman claims that roy moore pursued her and initiated a sexual encounter with her while she was a teen. she was 14, he was 32 all the the time. now roy moore is the republican nominee for senate in alabama. this news today is causing a stir on capitol hill. these allegations are prompting some republicans, including the senate majority leader to say if these allegations are true, roy moore should step aside. in washington at the white house today, i asked kelli ann conway about it. he denied it. i would say as we have said so many times, so many people coming forward with allegations, that we need to listen to both sides, but at the same time, that hypothetical would be disqualifying for anyone in

many called to remove that host from the show. and just in the past 30 minutes, that radio host has apologized. the ntsb is is going over this video as part of the investigation into the deadly crash. it e shows and investigators are also going over two on board data flight recorders. it appears halladay did not make a may day call before the crash. the plane was not equipped with the voice recorder. now to some new and pretty clear surveillance video of a guy swiping computers from a school in west philadelphia. he pulls up in that car and ends uptaking 11 laptops from a laten psychological. cameras recorded the theft. but police released the video today. you're asked to call them if. you know anything about this crime, who this guy may be. >> we are getting our first look

at a man accused of attacking a u.s. senator outside his kentucky home. he pleaded not guilty to assault charges today. prosecutors say he attacked senator rand paul last week. the two are next door neighbors. he suffered six broken ribs. he's a key republican who ran for president last year. it's unclear what led to the assault. but the suspect's attorney has called it a very redegreesable dispute that was trivial. the texas church where more than two dozen people were kill ed by a gunman during sunday services will be demolished. it would just be too painful to continue using the sutherland springs church as a place of worship. e he hopes to turn the site into a memorial. earlier this week the air force admitted it failed to enter the domestic violence court-martial into a database. that could have prevented the shooter from buying the gun used in that massacre. today the air force secretary said they are working 24/7 to go over that database.

the first freeze of the season. it includes philadelphia and the freeze warning goes from friday at 7:00 p.m. until saturday at 10:00 a.m. and it's going to be much colder than it's been at any time so far this season. it feels like 5 to 20 degrees across the area. don't let it fool you. it's 55 in new london. 55 degrees. collegeville at 55. we have a front back to the west and a mild all the way back to

chicago. then temperature drop towards minneapolis. some of that cold air is headed this way. as we go through tomorrow morning, it's not feeling that cold. we're going to drop by 9:30. it feels like 30. 23 in allentown. then it continues to get colder. so again, it's not that cold when you get up. brung the heavier coat. especially if you're e headed out tomorrow night. the temperatures in the teens in much of the area. that is the reason for the first alert. by saturday morning, it feels like the teens over just about the entire area. and by saturday afternoon, we're already starting to get out of cold. not bitter cold for this time of year. you can see a few sprinkles on the radar here.

you can see the futurecast just over the next few hours. then the clearing skies come in as we go into. the morning hours. a lot of sunshine, but it's getting a lot of wind tomorrow. remember toward the end of the day, it's going to be colder and windier than it is in the morning. so it's definitely going to be a cold period. saturday's high only 40 after a near record e lows in the mid-20s. and here barely 40 degrees. and sunday not quite as cold as what we're seeing on saturday and then next week once again it's not quite as cold. so this is just a two-day temporary thing, but you have to be prepared for it.

sky force 10 is live over breaking news in delaware county. >> definitely not something you see every day. clearly a frightening crash there under the trees. it seems the driver of this white suv flipped off the roadway here and ended up here in someone's front yard. this is on college avenue in the middle of some pretty impressive homes. we are just learning from ems the driver had to be cut out of that vehicle by rescuers. drivers suffered minor injuries and should be okay. but on the ground, you can still see a significant response from ems and fire crews still working on that vehicle in someone's front yard trying to figure out how to get it righted.

e we haven't come close to the freezing mark in philadelphia. it's going to feel much colder than it has been so far. remember the temperatures are going down during the day on friday. the wind is going up. so at noon, it may feel like about 30. but by later in the afternoon and dinner time, we're talking about going down toward the teens. so you got to dress appropriately if you're going to be staying out late tomorrow night. going to party friday night, be dressed right. the ocean is still pretty warm at 60 degrees. that's helping stay relatively mild. stone harbor at 58 degrees. the feels like temperatures are 50 or higher.

breaking news a toddler is dead after being shot in the head. the shots were fired late this afternoon. we are live with the breaking developments. >> you just finished talking to neighbors. what have you learned? >> reporter: they are very distraught, as you might imagine. you'll hear more from them in a moment. we just watch ed a few detectivs walk inside the home behind me. they are still trying to answer a lot of questions. but what we know for sure is that a 3-year-old boy is dead

and the shooting happened inside this home where you now see police posted outside. it was close to 2:15 this afternoon when philadelphia police rushed to the home here on the 200 block of west godfrey. someone reported hearing gunshots from it inside the house. police say a 3-year-old boy was in the basement was shot in the head. his father rushed him to ooin steen before officers arrived. that boy was pronounced dead at the hospital. the father's car parked outside the hospital. it's been. taped off as part of the ongoing investigation. detectives are maybe reckless gun play, but they are still trying to sort things out. there were several people inside the home when the shooting happened. z neighbors recall memories of the 3-year-old boy who was often times run up and down the block playing with other kids and now he's gone.
