philadelphia in a short time ago. the biker broke a leg. no one on on board the bus was hurt. they said it received 20 allegations of inappropriate behavior against the actor. the investigation began after anthony accused the oscar winner of making a sexual advance towards him. spacey has not commented on new allegations. alabama senate is facing more scrutiny after four more women accused him of making unwanted sexual advances. yesterday moore's campaign tried

an escaped teen is back in custody this morning. 18-year-old murder suspect michael huggins escaped early

yesterday. he is accused of shooting and killing a man during a robbery last year in bridgeton. sources tell us that he was discovered this morning an hour away in atlantic city. we'll continue to keep you updated on this story. let's head to capitol hill. the bill would improve becomeground checbecome background checks. it would verify criminal and mental health records. this comes nearly two weeks after the deadly church shooting in texas. the maker of cards against humanity has the goal of blocking the border wall. yesterday to company launched cards against humanity saves america. the company bought land along the border.

customers who signed up receive add plot of that land. the company says the intent is to make it time consuming and ebs tensive for the federal government. sorting out a large stash of marijuana hidden in fake rocks. the suspects filled the plastic yard decorations with more than 140 pounds of drug. the suspect faces a number of drug charges. in the latest twist the league sent aletter to jones accusing him of detri mental conduct. they claim he sabotaged a contract extension for goodell. he insists his objection is not tied to the extense of elliot.

county. there is more back to the west. it will be coming in later during the day today and with that northwest flow coming around the great lakes picking up moisture and this disturbance will come through and maybe a gusty wind with it. it is racing through here. it looks like the timing right around 1:30 or so coming through the philadelphia area. it might rain for 5 to 10 minutes and zip right on out of here. by the afternoon rush it should be gone but kind of breezy. go through the night tonight colder air starts to come in. we get a lot of sunshine tomorrow. no doubt about that. then here comes saturday. start off saturday with cloudy skies then the rain. 10:30 still not raining according to this model but it's getting close. it is a fairly large area of rain. we are talking about quite a

michael huggins is back in custody. >> we have more on how this search all came to an end, randy. >> reporter: less than 36 hours after these fourteen agers escaped all four now back in police custody.

the 18-year-old escaped yesterday with those three other teens. he is accused of shooting and killing a man in bridgeton during a robbery last year. yesterday search crews caught the other three. huggins is nowhere to be found. his family lives here. he has close ties here as well. authorities had to close some of the schools in this area because of that ongoing search. he has been located more than an hour away. ted greenberg is headed to that scene. we learned the three teenagers who were arrested here have been moved back into the hands of

juvenile justice. all four of those teens back in custody. we are live in bridgeton. nbc 10 news. >> all right. thank you. and we have a spring-like forecast out there. >> yeah. compared to what we have seen it is just a mild day because we have seen so many days with highs only in the 40s. last saturday the high was only 40. today we are close to 60. you can feel a difference. there is a lot of blue in that sky too. some fair weather clouds. the flags are blowing from the west to northwest. they should be blowing a little more this afternoon as a front comes through setting us up tomorrow. it is already up to 60 degrees

in wilmington. it is 53 in allentown and 45 here. you can see the dry air here. a couple of showers approaching. it is not all that heavy and it's cold enough across the great lakes that there is lake effect snow. as we go through the afternoon quick shot of a couple of showers just racing through. by the afternoon rush they are long gone. the wind picks up and colder air will start to come in as we head towards morning. up near 60 degrees this afternoon for the highs and then even by the afternoon rush it's not that cold but not as warm. you have the sunsetting. you have the wind increasing. it will feel chillier as we go through the evening. the 40s might be feeling like

lehigh placed its chapter on interim suspension after an incident? which two studented landed in the hospital. another sited for underajd drinking. the chapter will be eligible to return in 2020. philadelphia police were early this morning racing to the scene of a crash involving a prison van. investigators say another driver slammed into the van. police are testing the driver of the partnership truck for chog or drugs. no one was seriously hurt. an animal shelter apologi apologizing after euthanizing a

family's pet. >> now they are making changing. cod di's cat got out of his house on sunday. he has a micro chip. when a neighbor brought the cat to the animal rescue league workers did not see the chip. they claimed the cat was very aggressive and eventually it was put down. >> it was really hard to hear. at this point we kind of just want answers and people to be aware of what's going on. >> they say changes are now in the works. it is considering whether to increase the hold time for cats, pro most fostering and better educate members on moi kree ship. last month the same facility youth noised a young girl's cat. the they fired the woerk after that case. asked the commune toy the help some of their own last

night. dozens came out to a fundraiser to help the employees of the restaurant. more than 30 restaurants in the area provided some of their signature dishes. the proceedins went to help. the family restaurant had been a staple for people in society hill and queen village. councilman david says there is a history of failure to comply with economic opportunity plans. those plans set goals for minority and women participation in city projects. it would allow the council to suspend or terminate directly for the failure to meet requirements. also a national event designed to help people quit smoking. the great american smokeout

over the last week or so. we have those showers right on top of the reading area. more moisture coming down from the great lakes. it is all moving really fast. by 1:00 or 2:00 we have fast-moving showers coming through. rain could last five to ten minutes. by the afternoon it is all gone. we have clear skies but the wind will be picking up tomorrow cooler. clouds start to increase. it will effect us over the weekend. no doubt about it, just timing here. we are dry but this area rain moves in. this model bringing it in closer

to the midday hours. that's the time for the greatest amount of rain. the greatest number of hours for it in the lehigh valley, the fewest in southern delaware here is saturday afternoon covering much of the area. this is kind of a steady rain for several hours there is the afternoon. another batch coming in saturday night. you notice much less in delaware and south jersey. it will be colder up there as you'll see in just a minute. by sunday morning it's all gone but the colder air is coming in. so friday we have got a lot of sunshine but cooler, several degrees cooler. saturday kind of nasty. first thing, it might be dry. there will be a good bit of rain there. on sunday we are very windy.

we have this nutcracker extravagan extravaganza. it is just fun and it's great. >> and in terms of the performances the students are involved in the production. >> there have to be about 40 students, the pennsylvania academy as well as professional soloists. it runs the gamet up to these wonderful soloists. >> and you enjoy the little girls come in with their mothers. it was a tradition to go downtown to see the production with my mother. >> and their grand moms now too. i suspect having done it that long there are moms bringing their daughter who went to see it when they were little kids. that's exciting too. >> and you are obviously the leader of the performing art center. started back in the 70s. what keeps you going all these years? >> the kids.
