right now at 11. still moldering. live over a seen your living facility that went up in flames more than 24 hours ago. tonight firefighters are putting out hot spots still. tts too danger to go inside. >> tonight people from this facility are still unaccounted for. >> now we're hearing from the people who escaped the flames. live in west chester with new details. >> a national team of investigators travel here today. they will go inside this facility tomorrow. to search for a cause and possibly also look for those considered unaccounted for. right behind me you can see firefighters hard at work. they have been here all day and working on hot spots right now. we talked to a 92 year-old

grandmother earlier ton. sh e wants to make sure she says thank you to the first responders. >> all the smoke. wow. when i saw the smoke it made it real. >> reporter: 92 year-old martha is reliving last nights evacuation. she tells nbc10 she was fortunate to get out alive. after massive five alarm fire. she still has the number marked on her hand. we learned some are still unaccounted for. at the west chester senior home. >> oh god. that would be sad. >> what gets you so emotional? >> i don't want somebody to die. or somebody missing. >> reporter: first responders sdp workers and strangers did everything they could to evacuate 150 residents. many were wheeled away to safety including martha. her daughter took to facebook showing her mother in the plan

ket escaping the fire. volunteers brought back her wheelchair. >> you couldn't have been better. and i thank you for all you try to do. to help us. >> right now the atf is leading this investigation. trying to figure out what started the flames. that could come as early as tom. when they go back inside the building for the first time since the fire. >> you're happy to be alye live. you can't believe it. you think it didn't happen it's a dream. >> of course she's thankful she made it out alive. you can expect this scene to be here tlohroughout the night. very active. we're not being told a number of those unaccounted for. at last check at least 17 people were in the hospital tonight. the nbc10 investigators have

two different bus stopping including had this intersection. the teens ignored him. this happened right by a high school. >> reporter: at this quiet residential bus stop, police say a man tried to lure a teenage boy ento his car tuesday. police say the driver attempted the 16 year-old with sex and pornography. >> it's wrong and cruel. kids should be safe. >> reporter: this neighbor said he hopes this leads to more philadelphia police patrolling the area. >> it's sick. a lot of people have mental problems and issues. >> reporter: police say the same man tried today lure another teen a few blocks away. yesterday. >> he was driving at this bus stop on tuesday. >> reporter: we met lillian as she waited with her two grandsons. >> i think it's terrible. to be soliciting kids. >> reporter: detectives with the

special victims unit believe this is the mo of the driver in the gray car in the surveillance video. released in may. when the driver lured two brothers at a gas station and touched them inappropriately. nvt tors say it's the same man. and they have this message for parents. >> don't scare them. don't panic. but take reasonable precauses of action. >> we saw cameras at several bus stops including this one. the most recent attempt td luring. police haven't released the video of say they have the video for the public. new at 11 in the past hour we received new pictures of the damage vandals caused at a police substation on south street. you can see the windows of a police car smashed with a hammer. and paint platered all over the walls. the happened last night.

police have surveillance video which shows ten to 12 people causing this damage. then running away. dna helped detectives track down the man accuse of killing a mother while her 5 year-old son was inside the home. prosecutors charged 19 year-old brandon wilson with killing carter. he got out one day before the alleged murder in september. police say he used to live in the same home. as a foster child. and motive was burglary. meantime the victims family is preparing for thanksgiving without her. >> every sunday i tag her flowers to the grave site. first time was hard. this sunday i get to tell her good news. >> wilson is held in the county jail on an unrelated crime. >> another coach at rutgers lost her job following accusations she verbally abused players. the women swimming and diving coach, officially resigned yesterday. martin has been accuse of

a teenager claims this video right here shows a philadelphia school officer punching him repe repeatedly for no reason. it happened outside the academy back in 2015. the teens attorney says since the new video surfaced they decided to file a lawsuit. the officer says the teen grabbed and punched him.

>> it's kocomplicated. you want to see what the investigators uncover. where you will wait the longest in pennsylvania, new jersey and delaware. >> when seconds count, some patients are waiting for hours in emergency rooms. she is one of them. >> waited up to six hours one day. >> the nbc10 nfgt tors looked at federal medicare records to see how long emergency patients are waiting in the region. the top three. at number three, in emergency patients here wait an average of 60 minutes. the chief of emergency medicine. he runs an emergency department built to handle 35,000 patients a year. this year the staff will treat more than 58,000.

>> the fear is someone will have a time sensitive illness. >> reporter: to prevent that. they're expanding the department. set to open in 2019. he says he's already seeing wait times drop. at number two. health services delaware's only level one trama center. and keeps patients waiting an average of 63 minutes. >> do you think patients are waiting too long? >> well, we have done several things to address that. >> reporter: they built the free standing emergency room to try and get its wait time down. he runs the emergency department. >> we try to provide perkts care to everyone that comes in the door. as soon as possible. >> reporter: number one. cooper university hospital. here patients wait an average of 66 minutes. no one would answer questions on camera. and won't show us how they're moving to connect patients to

doctors faster. in a statement they say -- >> it's hard to say why someone comes to the emergency room. and how long they should wait. >> reporter: back in pennsylvania. doctor michael with the state hospital association says there's no standard when it comes to patient wait time. nationally federal records show the average wait is about 30 minutes. in pennsylvania, it's 22 minutes. new jersey 25 minutes. and delaware 34 minutes. he says patients with mental or behavioral problems are slowing treatment in emergency departments. in 2016, 9% of the emergency patients needed behavioral or mental health treatment. >> because hospitals can't turn people away from the emergency room. they all get seen. >> reporter: each of the doctors
