senator al franken says he's embarrassed, ashamed and tremendously sorry. he's responding to accusations from multiple women who say he behaved inappropriately with them. >> i've been trying to take responsibility by apologizing and by apologizing to the people i've letdown and i'm going to work to regain their trust. >> franken spoke today as he returned to work for the first time since the report surfaced. four women came forward to say franken touched him inappropriately. tonight, dozens of people and at least one in our area are accusing massage therapists at massage envy of sexual misconduct according to a buzzfeed report who says the company and franchisees mi mishandled 180 cases that were reported.

west goshen pleaded guilty to assaulting nine women. >> i felt broken but because i had my daughter encouraging me, i made the call. >> reporter: massage envy has more than 1100 franchises in 49 states. the company says the incidents described in the reports are heartbreaking. "even one incident is too many. that's why we will never stop reinforcing to our franchisees the importance of a safe environment". the father and grandmother of a 3-year-old girl are facing charges after the child shot herself. philadelphia police say barbara mcgill and terrance williams have been arrested. williams said he was running late and asked his mother to lock up his gun but she fell asleep and the little girl found the gun and shot herself in the thigh. now surgeons are hoping to save her leg. firefighters spent more than two hours working to free a man

stuck in a trash truck in philadelphia. residents heard the man screaming and called 911. tonight, investigators are still trying to figure out how that man ended up trapped in the compactor section of the truck. he's now in the hospital in critical condition. turning to your first alert neighborhood weather, a pretty warm night for the end of november. a live look at center city where conditions are calm and it's a comfortable night to ice skate out there. and this warm trend is sticking around for a while, right? >> yeah. a couple of days of the temperature going up and then it will start going back down. but nothing dramatic for a while. this is in allentown, the ppl center, and we have clear skies there and clear skies in the southern part of our area as well in wilmington. it's been that way all day.

confident it will get to 60 degrees and maybe a little more above. as we go through, we find the temperature dropping quickly tonight. we have clear skies right now and it is going to stay that way pretty much through the night. yesterday, 42 in mt. holly. had 1 in vineland. these areas are cooling very quickly when you have clear skies, light wind and low humidity. happens all the time. philly international, 52. we already have more than a ten-degree difference between city and suburbs. and it's pretty big difference within the city limits. it's only 43 at parkside. it's not that far away from the airport at least by air but a different kind of atmosphere and you have cooler air to the north

and west where it's not quite as much as we got in the rest of philadelphia. could see temperatures even though they are cooling down in other parts of the country, i just want to show you how warm they are. you notice way above average. st. louis at 68. omaha, 66. bismarck, north dakota, 52. 46 in philly. there's no cold air to immediately threaten us. but that's going to change. the closest rain not until north dakota. just the fact that it's raining in north dakota is a little strange for this time of the year. now, there's wednesday. that's the warmest day, even tomorrow afternoon, pretty mild for this time of the year. temperatures drop about ten degrees on thursday especially
