>> we spoke with the ten year-old fwirl and her family. a neighbor came in to offer a helping hand. >> i have just am very disappointed. >> reporter: ten year-old has e cerebral palsy and needs her walker. her walker was stolen out in fact front yard in wilmington. >> she needs her walker. >> the girl spent months in the hospital. after having her hamstring lengthened and a bone removed in her foot. the walkers was the only way she could be mobile. >> she's in a wheelchair. she's able to get around. the surgery she had in july she has to have the walker. so she can stretch the legs out. >> one of the things i love doing is walking. so i am very upset. >> reporter: she says she placed her daughter in the car and drove away. not realizing she left the

old. they beat kevin colin to death the day after thanksgiving. the suspect left his lifeless body in the street. the murder was motivated by robbery. >> committing rock ri is not the answer for boredom. it shouldn't be a right of passage. it has tragic consequences. these three young men will go to jail for sometime. >> all three are students at lincoln high school. school officials helped police identify them. members of a school board voted to shut down a multi-million dollar middle school construction project. a packed houts fillse filled th auditorium. the new board members voted 6-5 to terminate krubs of a new middle school. residents were against the $90 million project.

citing misuse of tax dollars. >> meek mill remains in prison. a judge denied an emergency bail petition. calling the rapper a danger to the community and a flight risk. dating back to 2007. meek ill was sentenced to two to four yores on probation violation. his lawyers say the judge needs to recuse herself. citing an ongoing fbi investigation into her conduct during the case. >> republican senators back to work. putting final touches on the tax bill passed last week. the pennsylvania republican played a key role in the senate bill. which has to be fused with a house bill. democrats have criticized the process and the out come. the start calls it a tremendous legislative accomplishment. >> taxpayers will see a net tax

but let's focus on the 60 tomorrow. 47 right now allen town. 44 wilmington. 42 in mount holly. atlantic city 45. >> we have showers streaming from buffalo to cleveland. that is the first of two lines of showers. that we'll see coming to the area. that second line making its way through chicago. the code front is on the other side of that. to the west of it. further off to the west. very cold air coming in. we're looking at snow already in the twin city. let's see what happens. we have south winds coming in right now. mild air headed our way. you can see the blue arrows. let's take you hour by hour. through the next couple days. so ore night we'll continue to see the east winds which are fairly mild. in the 40s. in fact tomorrow morning you'll wake up probably close to 50 degrees.

because temperatures will be climbing. scattered showers between 5 and 7. the second line comes through. perhaps a thunderstorm. arnds 2 or 3. mufing through the area. that will between 5 and 8:30 tomorrow night. we could see periods of he rain. that will be into new jersey by 10 or 11 tomorrow night. exiting the area. look at what happens to the temperature. the high on wednesday is shortly after midnight. falling to 38 by noon. rebounding to maybe 40. later in the day. and on thursday low 40s is all we get even with bright sun shoin. and off to the west, there's no green. that's because we have such cold air in place it will displace the warm air and for the next ten days the lobe of cold air will be over us. look at the time line. ten days. and look how cold the temperatures will be ten days from now. yeah. we'll be looking at temperatures that could maybe be topping out in the upper 20s and low 30s.
