tonight at 11 caught in the act. a bus driver is recorded sideswiping cars and not stopping. >> the woman describes how her fiance spotted the prowler. >> naughty or nice. a santa known for taking unusual photographs ot the mall. tonight he's toning down his act. not everyone is happy about it. right now at 11 two cases both caught on video. out of control bus driver crashes into several cars and doesn't stop. on the left. also on video a man catches a peeping tom staring at his fiancee in the bathroom. good evening. we begin with that prowler. this happened outside the home

on green street which is up main street. nbc10 is there. aaron the man who lived there spotted third-degr spot the peeping tom on the surveillance camera. >> he did. they recently got the surveillance cameras. this went down around 11:45 sunday night. she was in the bathroom getting ready fo go to bed. >> this is the bathroom window. we put privacy screens up now. he was standing here. in the camera caught him. he's looking around and licks his finger and looks inside. >> joe tells nbc10 he's still uneasy after watching this disturbing encounter unfold live on his cell phone through home surveillance system. the video from late sunday night shows a man licking his hand. and then appears to shove them down his pants. >> this is what you were doing. watching. >> this guy is creeping around out here. looking through the window. >> the man is leering at his fiancee. who was in the bathroom getting

ready for bed. they had no idea he was there until he was latered on his phone to motion outside. >> i'm really disgusted. and upset. and frightened this could happen. >> they believe it wasn't the first time this guy has targeted their house. he knew exactly what window to go to without hesitation. >> as soon as this happened we put the privacy prerotector on. >> reporter: they fear this creeper could be more aggressive and escalate actions at someone els house. >> he's a sick and perverted person. >> they also tell me they showed the video to all of their neighbors in the area to make sure they knew exactly what to watch out for. >> also. all new at 11 a driver records a

bus drive sid swiping two cars this morning. and never stopped. brandon hudson is live from the neighborhood. no room for error on that stretch of road. >> behind me you can see how narrow the street is. the bus was barrelling down this way as scene in the video. and the bus driver took out two tires. and the driver side mirror. >> reporter: before sunrise, a driver video captured a school bus driver drifing recklessly. moments later it hits a parked ford escape in what appears to be a mirror rolls into the street. >> i saw the rear tire first. it was that was blown out. >> reporter: the suv belongs to christopher. >> first thing i notice is the car sitting low. >> reporter: he noticed the damage before he left for work this morning. >> all the scuffs and obviously the rearview mirror mirror it missing.

>> the driver who followed the bus left the note. and a lik link to the video. the driver sideswipes another parked car. neighbor told us this isn't rare. >> reporter: school buses and other large vehicles frequently drive on this road. in fact one drove by during the interview. he's just thankful someone caught the school bus driver on camera. >> not all hope is lost for humanity. especially around the holidays someone was willing to probably be late to the work that morning. >> a point of reference around the corner is an elementary school. i drove to the driver of the ore vehicle hit. she had damage to her window. and a dent in her side. in the rear bumper. they're talking to insurance about getting coverage on that damage. to an extremely close call. when a day care was caught in

the middle of a shoot out. you can see where the bullet shattered the glass. police say people in two cars began firing at each other in 67th street. the owner of the day care tells us the kids were napping when the bullets came into the building. earlier today. no one was injured. the search for a gunman after a 17 year-old was shot multiple times on the street. this was around 7 tonight on north 52nd street just outside a chinese restaurant. tonight the teenager is in the hospital in critical condition. 19 year-old was also grazed by a bullet. now to your first alert weather. a chilly night in center city. it will drop into the 20s. tammie souza is here. i think it's time to break out coat ts. >> it is. i have mine here at work. you'll probably need yours tomorrow morning. the temperatures around the area 41 philadelphia. 37 trenten.

along one of the business stretches of the 405 freeway in the bell air neighborhood. mandatory evacuations are under way. at least four homes in bell air in the area of los angeles have been destroyed. the fear is hundreds of others in the area are also gone. la mayor says the fire is now at 158 acres and growing. this is one of the four wild fires burning out west. here is the view from space. astronauts tweeted out the photographs. you can see the line of gray and white smoke. >> fires are impacting the sports world. of the eagles are in los angeles to take on the rams. today they were forced to practice inside because the air quality is so poor. we'll have much more on the birds clash with the rams coming up later in sports. historic move by president

trump. being felt around the world tonight. today the president announced the u.s. formally recognizes jerusalem as the capitol of israel and move the american embassy there. the decision ends decades of u.s. policy and world leaders and allies say the move is a mistake. they aue upset a delicate balance and could ignite protest. he says it's a fair deal for both sides. >> this decision is not intended in any way to reflect a departure from the strong commitment to facility a lasting peace agreement. >> president not taking a position on the controversial question on whether or how jerusalem should be divided sfwl calls grow louder for a pennsylvania lawmaker to step down for comments that some are calling homo phobic. >> i'm a hetero sexual. i have a wife i love my wife. i don't like men as you might. stop touching me.

new jersey group is dhaj challenging a state rule that bans the sale of homemade bakes goods. sued the state health department over rules that require people to have a license before they

jersey shore. allen town 30 degrees. future feels like. you factor in the wind and the air temperature on bare skin. you have to cover up. tomorrow morning it will feel like 28. 22 allen town. feel like tomorrow in friday morning we'll feel like 21 al p town. 25 philly. 23 dover. and saturday similar feels like temperatures maybe a degree warmer. because we'll have clouds cover. you get the idea the wind will make a huge difference. the koeltd coldest air of the season is upon us. and even colder next week. a bert chance of light snow for south delaware and. more chances for snow by the middle of next week. and winter officially starts in 15 days. on december 21. at 1:1:38 in the morning. we don't have any precipitation here. just clouds moving through the area. they're clearing out.
