that you have to be highest concerned with is the feels like temperature that is out there. that is when you factor in the wind on bare skin and we'll have feels like temperatures that are between 0 and 10 degrees. the actual air temperature tonight will be in the teens and 20s. but the feels like frost bite can set in in 10 to 20 minutes. and we'll see winds that could gust up to 40 miles per hour tomorrow. so is ththis will just exasser the whole windchill thing. let's take a look at the actual air temperatures. they are falling quickly. we saw the light snow blowing around in the poconopocono, 38 suburbs. 40 in south jersey and 45 at the is jersey shore with 44 in philadelphia. everybody is going pretty low tonight. right now it is 37 in plan done easton 39. let's slide in to the pennsylvania suburbs.

and today philadelphia residents weighed in on the future of the school board. students, steteachers and paren voice their opinions and the number one demand is that the board represents everyone in the district. school board is taking over for the school reform commission which last month voted to give up its power over the school district. we all know it is december, that means heavy lake-effect snow in parts of central and northern new york. take a look at what is going on in syracuse where the city is dealing with dangerous driving conditions there from all of that heavy snow. take a look at this too. a tow truck slid right into an airplane. this is a delta plane getting ready for takeoff in detroit. one of the tractions slid right in to the plane. had to patch it up up passengers had to be moved to another flight. and let's take a live look at philadelphia international
