not only do some residents not have water, but no gas or electricity because of the flooding, the owners of talia's have been holding out hope all day. >> nothing. nothing here. nothing at all. >> reporter: but a water main break during what would have been their morning rush, shut off their water service. >> it's frustrating. i don't do no business. >> reporter: it eep seeped into some cellars, damaging hot water heaters. 11 problems are affected. >> we're working to get access, and put the new piece in. >> reporter: it's a process that will take a few more hours. back out here live, you see even after the crews fix this water main, businesses have a mess to clean up. these cellars are flooded out. after that's dried out, they're going to have to assess the damage. reporting live in northern

agencies are investigating a downtown shooting spree from yesterday. investigators are asking anyone who knows anything about him to give them a call. police say yesterday al mafdi fired shots at a capitol police officers, then followed a trouper into a neighborhood where he continued to shoot. >> she's going to make a full recovery, and that's the good any here. no one else was injured, but this could have been a really tragic incident with this individual. >> police ended up shooting and killing al ma if. di. they do not have a motive.

allegations airing the office of a conductor. earlier this week, four women came forward detailing the alleged assaults which they say that happened between 1985 and 2010 in a number of cities including philadelphia. he says he plans to defend himself. yesterday the philadelphia orchestra stripped him of husband honorary title of conduct or conductor laureate. they rushed to move animals as quickly. a 9-year-old aardvark died in the fire and they're searching for four missing meerkats. the zoo says it plans to reopen tomorrow. coming up next, early christmas celebration, were there as officers pull smiles on kids' faces. one teen even got a car.

hi, santa. maybe santa will come in from the west as the snow will be coming in from the west for us. we start the even hours with just clouds. by 9:00 you see the peppering here of green. that's some sprinkles breaking out. by the time you go to midnight mass tomorrow night, have ahn unbrilla with you. and snows north of interstate 78. back into the storm may end some snow early monday more, you may see a bit after dusting there or slushy coating, but it doesn't look like this would by a shovelable snow. take a look at the 30s, but feeling like lower to middle toss. that coincides with the eagles game on monday night. so what we have ahead of us next week is, ouch, it's going to be painful cold. check that out.
