tonight. whether walking or working everyone was bubdndled up. we are tracking the cold for us tonight. >> yeah whatever you're wearing tonight you have to keep it handy and clean because you'll need it for many more days. it is not just a one-night thing. we have flags blowing pretty hard. the direction is back from the northwest. that's from the great lakes area. it has been brutally cold frm that's why we can guarantee it is going to be really cold here and windy. we have a first alert out to 8:00 a.m. on friday. the worst of it is up in the lehigh valley. right now we are at 24 degrees. it is already in the teens in many areas north and west.

forget what he saw tuesday night. >> there were four or five cars after the body that stopped. i walked out and i saw there was a dead body. >> reporter: police tell us that body belonged to anthony rogers. take a look at the surveillance video. you can see a bus pull up and stop. police tell us a 58-year-old plan got off that bus. they said he livers near the area. you can see him crossing the street. you can see cars speeding towards him. you can't see whether the light was red. here we see the car speeding off after hitting the man. >> she worked at an insurance agency. she showed police and police are on the hunt for this red car. they found it abandoned. they believe it is the car involved from the deadly hit-and-run. if anyone with information on

that red car can call philadelphia police. an 80-year-old woman is recovering after someone broke there and stabbed her today. she was stabbed in the struggle over her purse. police say they have arrested the attacker. officers found johnson holding a handful of money trying to get away from the house. also at 6:00 police are looking for the robbers who forced a man and made him withdraw cash at several atms. it shows one of three people philadelphia detect ifrs aives searching for. inside the wawa the victim yelled for help from workers tapd suspects got away. >> new details in the investigation of an 11-year-old girl who died after a sleepover.

we just learned crime scene investigators and drug sniffing dogs are headed to that house. they are trying to figure out how the little girl died. they don't have any indication of what happened and want to check all possibilities. they say a neighbor found her unresponsive. the girl was taken to the hospital where she was pronounced dead. >> in delaware county tonight two dozen people figuring out how to mover on after a fire destroyed hair parmt. some families lost everything they owned. neighbors and even strangers are making donations to help those families recover. brandon explains how even a three-year-old is joining the effort tonight. >> just 24 hours ago two dozen people lived in this apartment building. now no one is allowed inside. a worker ravaged the stree story building. the fire marshal said it is

called a sting ray. we could receive asking for a time extension on the request. finally one year to the day we received the records. when we started looking through the 123 pages we saw this, many of the pages with some if not most of the information redacted along with the documents came this letter and a response to the request. they object because it seeks law enforcement sensitive information. it is subject to a nondisclosure agreement and new jersey state police can neither confirm for deny. state police officers were nice must have to give us these, the redacto redactors. we find harris developed the equipment, maintained exclusive
