a philadelphia performance venue unexpectedly stepping in the spotlight as he awaits his sex assault retrial. at the jazz club to, live where cosby is set to perform tonight. lauren. do we have lauren? >> reporter: this is happening at the jazz club on germantown avenue behind me. bill cosby is expected to perform what is being called a special comedy concert and perform with the tony williams jazz quartet. i'm told he may play the drums tonight. this event is to honor tony williams a well-known jazz musician from this area. it is bill cosby drawing attention here this evening. this performance comes after his trial on sexual assault charges in montgomery county accused of

but not the majority of the area. everybody is going to be warm again tomorrow. unseasonable warmth. 53 in philadelphia now and in the 60s in philly all through delaware except for right near the beaches. take a look how things have changed. 53 on sunday, 62 today, 64 tomorrow. then plunging back near normal wednesday and thursday even below normal. that won't last long. this looks like a drive evening, the first system coming in during the day tomorrow. not a lot with it right now. it is organized but it's not as strong as it's going to be by the time it gets here. 2:00 in the morning still pretty much to the west. as the morning begins, lehigh

valley, berks county getting into heavier rain that could slow down the rush. even by 6:00, it hasn't made much progress except for showers. and we talk about when the cold air starts to come in. developing now at 6:00, your congressional district could be changing soon. pennsylvania's top court said it is illegal the way the districts are drawn up. the court said the map clearly violated the constitution and whole cities are in different districts. republicans have 13 of 18 seats despite democrat voters outnumbering democratic voters 5-4. praising the court's decision. >> non-representative districts, they have taken the process too far out of the hands of the people. it's out of the dirty tricks.

they're looking for these three men caught on surveillance video stealing a truck from a wawa. police say it's one of a dozen evacuation they have stolen, three at gunpoint. monroe township and philadelphia areas. you can see a man grab an employee at the tasty donut shop on pratt street. he jumped the counter. as he left, he started firing, shooting an employee in the back. a student brought a grenade to class at lower pottsgrove elementary. police in the bomb squad were called in and the school went into lockdown. they said it was inactive and never posed any threat and no word why the student had that

game at his sister's house as planned. they dropped off their two older daughters there and headed straight to the medical center. >> i don't watch sports at all. >> reporter: ben still had the eagles and vikings on his mind and there was a television in the room. >> can i catch the majority of the game? >> no. no. >> reporter: at just after 8:00, little brie made her debut at 7 pounds 9 ounces. then ben decided not to ruin the moment. >> i didn't want to ruin the mood if they were down 20, didn't want to stress anybody else including myself. >> reporter: by the time ben was able to get food the game was almost over. he turned on his caroo just in time to hear the final seconds and the birds' blowout whein.

for the lehigh valley berks county the morning rush may be affected. wilmington, delaware, 10:00 to noon for the best chance of seeing anything. warm and wet, not only later tonight, first thing tomorrow, but into the day tomorrow, we have some thunderstorms as well. then, we've got some cold weather wednesday through friday, nothing serious, but definitely a lot colder than what we've seen today. we're up to 60 degrees. 66 in dover. 60 was the hourly high. it got up to 62 in between hours and even 52 in allentown. right now, 53 in philly, 54 in allentown. the temperature won't drop a lot tonight. combination of a southerly wind, high humidity and clouds from the west. see this one band of showers through ohio and west virginia. not a lot of heavy stuff with

that. we have severe storms with this area in illinois. we'll be watching that area as well. as we go through the night tonight, we're on the dry side. first thing in the morning we see some of those heavier showers at lehigh valley and berks county, maybe a couple white showers into the philadelphia area. it's mainly toward the end of the rush and after the rush we will see some of the heavier rain in northern delaware and across the rest of the area. 9:30, that radar is getting lit up. orange indicates pretty heavy rain and red is very heavy. look at that! 11:30 in the morning, you're getting pounded, not only with the heavy rain and thunderstorms but gusty winds as well. it moves out pretty quickly so this will not be affecting the afternoon rush, it will be gone by then and the colder air

starts to come in by tomorrow night. the peak wind gusts, 10:00, 11:00 a.m. in parts of the area, parts of the jersey shore gusts of 50 and it really drops off fast in the afternoon. it won't be windy all day tomorrow. we have a high of near 64 tomorrow, dropping 20 degrees in one day, then dropping some more for thursday. that is quite a change that we're going to be seeing over the next few days. look at these morning lows on thursday down into the 20s. this is not extreme certainly not compared to what we saw early in january but compared to the 60s we will be seeing tomorrow and what we saw today, that is quite a drop. i'm john clark. coming up, we take you on the field for all the best moments
