bethlehem 37, easton 37 as well. nazareth 36 degrees. that's pretty chilly and when it's raining it's even nastier. but the first batch of rain has moved offshore. we have a little bit more coming into the lehigh valley and poconos now and more significant rain back in western pennsylvania and the ohio valley there are whole band of moisture is going to be settling over the area for a good bit of the weekend. so it's going to take a while before we get past that. and in the afternoon, temperatures creeping up just a little bit and patchy areas of mostly light rain or drizzle. tonight, not much more than any kind of drizzle. tomorrow morning same story. and then we get more patches of rain coming in from the west. so it's not a steady rain, it's not going to be range aining al time but we'll get a number of hours of rain this weekend. now here's when it starts

getting heavier. but that's later, saturday night and into sunday morning, the temperature's nowhere near the freezing marks, don't have to worry about that. and here's 6:00 a.m. on sunday and we've got some moderate to heavy rain in the lehigh valley, berks county, bucks county as well, and 9:00, 10:00 in the morning some locally very heavy rain. but this continues to move so we're not expecting any kind of significant or widespread flooding out of this system despite the number of hours that we're going to be seeing it raining. and there we are sunday in the afternoon we finally droy out. we get temperatures up near 60 degrees which would be way above normal. as far as the amounts of rain, we're talking about a half inch to perhaps an inch and a half over a three-day period. that's not enough to cause flooding but we've had enough rain this month. we'll be right back. i'm a concrete mason.
