we're live with the guest star's performance. tied up inside his hole. a man escaped to wawa for help. closing ceremony. a preview of what is to come as the winter games end? south korea. >> right now at 6:00, a weekend washout. but there's sunshine on the horizon. we can finally put away our brae umbrellas for a few days. the rain is moving out of the region but at times it really came down today. let's get latest track on our weather with the first alert meteorologist. the rain moved out but the fog

really moved in. >> you can chuck the umbrella aside but you need to give yourself a little extra time. i'll show that you fog. first it really depended what neighborhood you lived in, whether you would get a soaking. in philadelphia, three quarters of an inch in pottstown, and allentown, a little under an inch. now, it really depends where you are. you see the paxes of gray tarting to show up. the fog is forming in the poconos. it may drop in the next few hours. the clearing line, that's slow to come in here. the sunshine tomorrow may be a little bit delayed. coming up at 6:17, i'll talk about the patchy areas of rain. tuesday, an absolute beauty here. and then we have a major storm system on the way for march 1st and it will be lingering around and back real nuisance.

it is beginning to feel like the northwest in seattle or portland with all the rainy days. for most of you, there's a break. there's one exception. the clouds will take good chunk of the day to get out but even on tuesday, we're looking at superb weather. if you've been looking for a nice sunny day, tuesday is your day. by the end of the week, we're looking at a significant storm. it looks like thursday, friday and maybe even saturday. a little variety with the temperatures. if you're down many southern delaware, it is nice to come out. chilly in wilmington. 46 in philadelphia. southern sections saw the warmest temperatures and the least rain in the northern section saw the coldest guy the most rain. and all that rain is now pushing out. the clouds are really slow to

go. notice how the rain made progress but the clouds aren't making progress. the clearing will be slow tonight into tomorrow morning. overnight lows. the clouds will be not as chilly. 45 in philadelphia. 36 in allentown. 39, coatesville. looking to tomorrow, we wake up with that blanket of clouds. look as we advance the clock. by lunch time, it is moving into western burks county. by 3:00, it has made it into philadelphia. maybe get out of work a little early and enjoy it. again, the rain is coming back and then storm points, you may not clear out in time. it looks like tuesday is a nice day for you. your neighborhood weather for tomorrow. middle 50s in philadelphia. the least sunshine but still

mild, down in south jersey and delaware. so a look at the week ahead. i indicated all the sunny days in green. notice the second half, red indicators, stormy, wet, windy and we could see some stormy flooding. there's a big bucket in the jet stream. that will allow a major east coast storm form. we have the idea of what will happen here and that's some heavier rain coming in thursday and friday. maybe even at the coast until saturday some of the rain, some wind and the potential for some coastal flooding. just how severe it is remains to be seen. it depends on the trafkt storm and how long it sits there. the potential is there. should you keep an eye out to the forecast. we'll have the latest at 4:00 a.m. and tammy and glen will be here tomorrow evening.
