the details behind this tragedy from the 911 call to her reported suicide note. michelle turner is at white's home in sherman oaks, california. >> reporter: this was the scene this morning here outside of jim carrey's on again, off again girlfriend's los angeles home. a coroner seal son the door now, inside a suicide note was reportedly found. it said to be addressed to jim and refers to their latest breakup which just happened five days ago. on that same day, she posted the final note to twitter saying, signing off, twitter. i hope i've been a light to my nearest and dearest. >> the 911 call was placed 8:25 last night. the irish makeup artist who jim dated on and off for the past three years was found unresponsive, reportedly with pills next to her body.
