this morning is three suspects on the run after the violent robbery of a woman in the bronx. alana gold is live in -- is live with the story. >> reporter: the three men targeted the woman as she left the subway stop on prospect avenue. they used so much's -- so much force that the woman broke her wrist. you can see them dispersed and then the attack happened. the 60-year-old woman was walking home when two of the men approached her. she was put into a chokehold and they tried grabbing her purse. after a brief struggle, the woman was able to break free. one suspect chased her n chert in the leg repeatedly -- and kicked her in the leg repeatedly . when she fell, she broke her wrist. people in the neighborhood are alarmed. you are in this area and you

the mother of tahj robinson was embraced by friends of her 17-year-old who was start -- step 2 get in barnhart park. -- stabbed to death in barnhart park. it happened around 11:15 on friday night. police say that robinson knew his killer, berinzon moronta of tarrytown. they were classmates at sleepy hollow high school and neither was currently enrolled.>> troy tallman knew them both. he said that he is shocked that berinzon moronta is a murder suspect.>> he is a good kid and i don't know what happened between them.>> reporter: it is unknown what led up to the stabbing or how many, if any, witnesses there were.

chance for a few showers. nothing all that impressive, but nonetheless, we could see wet weather. mostly sunny skies. overnight mostly clear and a great night for the giants to play at home. overall, it will be a beautiful day and then as we head to the evening hours, the clouds thickened, especially as we head to the coast. an area of low pressure moves up the coast and then as 11:00 a.m. on tuesday, the cold front moves through bringing a chance for more wet weather. for today, no wet weather, just mostly son. i think a few of us will be in the low 70s with wind out of the southwest at 5- 2. it is not as cold. 56 and the city. we're not anticipating a lot of 30 degrees to start the day tomorrow. by tomorrow afternoon, a

and mostly sunny and wind out of the south half inside west at 5-10. then a chance for wet weather and tuesday high of 72. finally the skies clear setting the stage for beautiful wednesday which will be seasonable and 66. thursday 67 with a mixture of sunshine and clouds. friday, i have 62 with clouds and a chance for more wet weather as a cold front crosses. that will have a big impact on your weekend because we are expecting some of the coldest air of the season so far to settle in for saturday and sunday with highs only in the 50s. that means the overall light -- overnight lows in the 30s and 40s. if you were going to the giants game tonight, the mets play at home and we will have beautiful weather. the rangers get a win while the

suspects went after her. take a look at this video which shows the attack that happened at 2:45 yesterday morning. two of the suspects approached the 60-year-old woman from behind. one of them put her in a choke hold and they tried ripping the purse off her shoulder. she tried cheat -- he broke free and try to run away and one of the suspects kicked her. she fell and broke her wrist. after all of that, the suspects got away with nothing. what changes for you after this? you are out early in the morning, will you be more aware? >> more aware. >> reporter: what you have to say to the guys doing this?>> just stop it. you are better than this. just stop it. >> reporter: even though two men were seen attacking the

were -- plotted it. they were caught on camera earlier in their hooded sweatshirts. they are all in their late teens or woman -- or early 20s. if you have information, the police ask you to come forward right away. alana gold, cbs 2 news . officials say that a car bomber targeted vehicles carrying foreign troops. nobody was killed in the attack and the blast damaged nearby buildings in the capital city. turkish authorities investigating who was behind the explosions that targeted a peace rally in the capital. at least 95 were killed and 245 others were hurt in the attacks.>> reporter: terror interrupted a traditional turkish dance on saturday.

bombs went off almost simultaneously. they were about 50 meters apart. many were holding flags to be used in a peace rally that was about to start. more flags were left behind next to the carnage next to the mains train station -- the main train station. ambulances rushed to help the victims that were hurt or killed in the bombings. pro-kurdish activists were taking place in the rally organized the -- by the public workers union and other groups. the event was planned to call for greater democracy and an end to the violence between curtis -- kurdish rebels and the security forces which is flared up since july. nobody has taken responsibility for the attack. the turkish prime minister says that kurdish relative -- rebels

david beck knows, -- david, south carolina. in new report finds that many americans are traveling overseas without getting the right vaccinations. a study of 41,000 u.s. air travelers found that 16 percent need vaccinations for measles, mumps and rubella, but only have chosen to get it. it may prevent outbreak of disease. most measles outbreaks in the u.s. are caused by unvaccinated people who are infected overseas. doctors advise consulting with a medical professional at least two months before leaving the country. finding a bargain flight can be great, but it can cause problems in other ways. what you need to know before leaving on your trip.>> reporter: getting the chief there and saving the most of. >> that's probably the most important thing.>> reporter:
