was walking with her father. >> reporter: this is where police say the young woman was sexually assaulted by five young men. the victim herself, telling cbs 2 news, she wants them apprehended. >> if you know anything, or hear anything, all you have to do is call that number. >> reporter: the frantic search for these five young men, caught on surveillance video. police say, inside a nearby store, just before the unspeakable attack on an 18- year-old woman, in osborn park, thursday night about 9:00 p.m. each of the five suspects raping the victim on this paddle ball court, according to police. >> they should be more afraid of us, today, than of the police. >> reporter: raw outrage as news of the sexual assault spreads. the traumatized young victim herself, cuts still advisable on her arm, speaking off camera to cbs 2 news, saying quote, it's really, really disturbing to me. these are memories that won't go away.

in the deadly shooting of a 1- year-old girl. dejah joyner. the suspect jakwan keller is in custody, charged with second degree murder. family members said joyner had just fixed food when a bullet came through and struck her in the head. her great great-grandmother says she's glad a suspect is in custody. >> i hope he rot in hell. taking my granddaughter away so young, such a young age, and i had just got off the phone talking with her. she was telling me, she was making lunch. school. just coming in from school, she called me every day when she would come in from school. >> reporter: the family has since moved from the house where the shooting took place. keller will be arraigned tomorrow. turning now to weather, where we had two extremes today. sunday got off to a wet start. our cameras captured flooding in queens and new jersey.

especially hard. several hours later, the sky opened up, and the temperature some double rainbows. niece are just a few of the photos and videos we received. meteorologist elise finch is here with more. impressive. just take a look at some of these rain totals. jersey. certainly got the most rain 2 inches. central park approaching 2 inches with 1.8. brook field, connecticut, 1.3. rain. we mentioned after we saw that temperatures. newark, 65. bridgeport, a record 60. same for islip. central park missed tieing a record by 1 degree. we made it to 59 degrees. we tied a record at laguardia with 59 degrees.

across five states. the fbi says they sought her. the 24-year-old was taken into custody in georgia. >> reporter: the fbi identified the suspected armed jewelry store robber as abigail kemp from georgia. authorities say she stole millions of dollars worth of jewelry. the 24-year-old was arrested on friday in a suburb of atlanta. along with a man who investigators have not yet identified. our affiliate, wsb obtained an affidavit that links kemp to five robberies. authorities say she served as a lockout in some cases. in one more, authorities say she stole more than $900,000 worth of merchandise. the 8 month spree began at a jared store north of atlanta. since then, kemp is accused of pulling off five more heists in

south carolina, and north dakota. police records show a 2011 arrest warrant out of cobb county. the fbi says they used her social media accounts to link a getaway vehicle in the robberies back to her. >> kemp is set to make an initial appearance before a judge on monday. thousands of scantly clad joined a subway for the annual no pants subway ride. they stand on the platform, pantless, wait for a train and do it all again. the event happens every january. nice. it started in 2002 as a prank from the improv everywhere group. >> this was the day to do it. it really was.

this is sort of the last of the rain here approaching brookhaven. this is the last little bit. we've got the one line here, extending down into south jersey. that's sort of the end of it. the mild air is moving out the cold front, and the rush of cold air moving in on the back side. so temperatures take a huge tumble for us tonight. things start to get cold tonight as we head into tomorrow, you just wake up into a winter reality. not only is it cold, but as i mentioned again, those winds will make it really feel very brutal out there. we do have some flakes late in the day on tuesday. a few snow flurries, and snow flakes. tonight, 32 degrees, you're already feeling the cold. feeling like it's between 15 and 25. tomorrow's high only 36 degrees, and okay, there we go. there's my seven day. we stay in the 30s. bundle up, feeling like winter this week.

others not. again, i'm not, you know i'm not going to single out our guys. we had enough chances to win the football game. the brooklyn nets made a bold move today, they fired coach lionel hollins and reassigned general manager billy king. the owner said it is clear from our state of affairs we need new leadership. hollins was brought in after the jason kidd experiment failed. he led the nets to the second worst record in the nba. tony brown will become the team's fifth head coach in the past four years. the nets will not have their own 1st round pick since 2019. yesterday, a pittsburgh hospital held the youngest steelers pep rally ever. a group of newborn babies were swaddled in the steelers black and gold terrible towels. the six babies, representing
