now to a developing story out of flint michigan where president obama declared an emergency state in the city's water crisis. that clears the way for federal aid. they haven't had safe water to drink since 2014. when the water was found to be contaminated. singer cher has taken an interest in the cause and helping out by donating more than 180,000 bottles of water to be donated tomorrow. michael was a missionary volunteering at a local orphanage. extremists broke in firing off guns and taking hostages.
