breaking now in fort thomas first at four.a crash leaves one man dead two others in critical condition.. including a baby. police say a car going from i-275 to 471 lost control and rolled over again and again. four people were in the car. three people were ejected.the

and baby are in critical condition. one passenger was able to talk to police. officers believe drugs may have played a role in the crash. these are live artimis pictures from 275 at 27.. near the crash. as you can see.. traffic is very slow while officers investigate. we expect it will be that way for a while since this is a fatal crash. nine on your side will continue to cover this for you and and we'll have more information on nine on your side at five. right now investigators are trying to figure out why a driver ran into the back of a school bus in highland county early this morning.the crash left the driver dead and injured several students. jordan burgess looks at the questions surrounding the wreck. students on that bus were only about 3 minutes from their high school here on a

everyday when suddenly they took a hard hit from behind. behind. i just heard a loud bang. keith marler was used to the sounds of the bus outside his was different. looked out my window and saw the car and looked to my left and saw the bus.marler and his wife ran to the crash.. but do. my wife was tapping on the window and didn't get any response from the driver. troopers say the 54-year-old female driver of this honda passport wasn't wearing a seat belt when she rear ended a bright local schools bus here on ohio 321 near stringtown road around 7 this morning.she was killed by the impact. troopers say of the 12 students on the bus.. three were taken from the crash to the hospital.the bright schools superintendent says later other parents took their students to be checked out as well. well. it's tragic and especially when it happens on a school bus. some of them were behind it and witnessed it. others waiting to be picked up.

a mother is in big trouble -- after police say she bought her 14 year old son to buy cocaine for *him! *him!regina turner has denied the charges against her.the judge has denied her request to be allowed out of jail to attend addiction treatment. turner was arrested over the weekend and remains there. a case of mistaken identity may have broken open a double shooting investigation.the person arrested following a bank robbery -- may be the suspect in that shooting instead!the now's briana harper live with a look at the arrest. arrest. he matched the description of this guy.a man accused in an armed robbery here at u-s bank. but turns out 23-year old john white wasnt the robber but

following his arrest today-- police found this 40 caliber handgun.the same weapon used in a shooting last month near winton terraceaccording to the two victims white came from behind and began shooting at them.they suffered only minor injuries. police arrested white charging him with felonious assault in connection to that shooting. and as for the bank robbery suspect-- police are still actively searching for him.reporting live briana harper the now cincinnati. meantime -- colerain township police have just issued a warning to people following reports of damage around that community.viewer mike craig posted this photo of the damage at his home that may be linked to this spree.it gives you an idea of the cleanup that's left behind.police say the suspects are driving around and shooting out windows with a bb gun or airsoft rifle.anyone who spots the suspect is asked to write down the license plate and call police. the names and addresses of dozens of cincinnati police

breaking news... an uber driver suspected in a deadly shooting spree in kalamazoo, michigan has confessed to killing six and is now charged with murder. murder. this all happening within the last two hours. but there are still questions about why jason dalton may have done it. right now there's no apparent connection between dalton and the victims. he went on the suspected shooting rampage over nearly seven hours this past weekend. dalton is accused of shooting eight people... six of them died. he doesn't have a criminal record... and passed uber's background checks. dalton faces up to life in prison if convicted. michigan doesn't have the death penalty. for people in kalamazoo..it's been a tough start to the work week...trying to adjust to the new "normal." the now's anne mcnamara is there for us...she has more on the community's sense of loss. we spent the day driving to all three shooting scenes... retracing the route this uber driver took.todaywe found

control now says a math error means some flooring from lumber liquidators could have triple the amount of cancer- causing formaldehyde than once thought. the now's todd walker is breaking down the *new numbers, and what this means. --todd looklive on cam-- lumber liquidators stock tanked today as news of its chinese-made flooring contained 3 times the levels of formaldehyde once thought.. which also more than triples its risk for giving you cancer..--vo and graphics--the news of lumber liquidators having too much formaldehyde in its products first came out last year.. sparking federal investigations.. and prompting the company to stop importing products from china..earlier this month the c-d-c released a report saying the levels of formaldehyde were high enough to cause respiratory and throat irritation.. but relatively low risk of cancer.. only 2 to 9 cases per 100 thousand people..turns out.. government scientists forgot to convert feet to meters on the ceiling height.. so the levels are all 3.3 times higher.. which also boosts the cancer risk to 6 to 30 cancer cases per 100-

company's stocks tumbled 20 percent today following the news.. the company's c-e-o resigned last year. the c-d-c's recommendations are simply to take steps to reduce exposure.. which includes ripping out any flooring that could be affected. for the now. i'm todd walker. walker. right now, lumber liquidators is facing several class-action lawsuits. but, no criminal charges have been filed in connection to this health concern. the company stopped importing the flooring from china, last may. a popular ohio ice cream company takes steps to make sure nobody gets sick from its sweet treats. treats.jeni's splendid ice creams -- based in columbus and found in stores around cincinnati -- has added a food safety director.founder and owner jeni britton bauer says she wants her company to be a leader in food safety.the ice cream chain closed twice last year after listeria was found both in a pint of ice cream, as well as at a production building.

nashville for her 75 million dollar lawsuit.in 2008 -- sportscaster erin andrews was secretly recorded naked at hotels in nashville and columbus.she has sued both the man who recorded her, michael barrett -- as well as the hotel manager who she claims told barrett where andrews was staying and gave him the room next to hers.barrett pleaded guilty to shooting a video of andrews through a peephole. bill cosby's wife is answering questions for the first time in a case against her husband. this is video of camille cosby's attorneys arriving at court today for her deposition. the women in this case are suing bill cosby for defamation. they claim he made them look like liars after they accused him of sexual assault. camille has been trying for weeks to avoid answering questions. transcripts of depositions are generally sealed. but they can go public if they're included to support a motion

the centers for disease control is taking the battle against the zika virus to the front-lines in south america. a team of researchers arrived in brazil today, to start one of the biggest government-led studies on the virus and its link to birth defects. we won't get initial results until the spring. spring. meantime... panama is now treating mosquito- infected areas. there are more than 70 cases of zika virus confirmed there. the country declared a health alert last week. the government is spending 10- million dollars trying to kill the mosquitoes that carry the virus. speaking of the cdc -- how important is the h-p-v vaccine? in a report published today, the centers for disease control says it's cut infections among teenage
