a family suspects the caregiver for a disabled woman is stealing. >> so they set up this video camera. >> the sneaky hiding place that busted the case. it's smooth sailing for a motorcyclist. >> then somehow this happens. >> what it was that wiped him out. she's a sweet puppy with a serious problem. >> so the surgeons are recommended euthanasia. >> but now she's back in play. and pranksters were hot in action -- >> and the unsuspecting drive
4:31 am
>> why the old gator head gets him every time. our homes and our families are sacred. security cameras help keep them that way. unfortunately, they reveal things about people that we just don't want to know sometimes. this is video of a caretaker of a 75-year-old. paw looep pauleen's family noticed her money had been dwindling faster than usual. they caught this. she takes the money out. >> there's a certain level of trust that goes out to somebody if you invite them to be a caretaker. you trust them to take care of their loved one. you trust they are not going to start ripping you off. >> and six years of history with her as well. >> it was just cold.
4:32 am
taking her money. lovely. >> unfortunately, she stole $1400 in total from pauleen. the family did press charges and she received time in prison. she does have young children and received a fine and community service. this burglar in san clemente, obviously, there's no one home. he wanders around the front room a little bit -- >> oh, man, this is so creepy because it makes you wonder if anyone is around your own home and you never noticed. >> we are seeing lots more of these videos because it is easier and cheaper to get the cameras. i have one in my home linked up to my phone. yes, nick, i've got a camera. >> busted. >> the owner of this home was able to see all of this on his cell phone when the burglar tripped the alarm. he's getting out of there. not before snatching a watch. he's about to head back down the stairs and spots the camera and decides to come back for the camera. >> too late, buddy.
4:33 am
>> all of it was there for the cops and they caught up with him. sometimes you can't avoid certain incidents. this guy on his motorcycle is going down a street -- >> ah! >> you jerk. >> he decides to make a right-hand turn. >> from the left lane. >> from the left lane, which is a terrible idea. >> did he even indicate? >> yes, but still -- that would probably mean that you're trying to merge into the lane, not make the turn. >> are you kidding me? >> this poor guy has nowhere to go. >> it didn't look like the guy on the bike was using excessive speed. he was just cruising through town. >> how many times have you been in the car and gone, oh and snapped back in. >> no, you don't do that. you don't just turn the wheel, you've got to look. >> you've never been like, oh,
4:34 am
>> this guy is insane. >> one thing i do like after the video is the driver gets out, they shake hands and deal with the incident like adults. because it definitely happens when you make a mistake. imagine if something fatal would happened, another reason not to get complacent behind the wheel. now to the video where the fault does land directly on the motorcyclist. he's on his f-1000 rr, he just serviced his motorcycle. brand new oil change, brand new tires. but then somehow this happens. >> yeah. >> you know exactly what happened there. he's got brand new tires on, he just left his driveway, they are cold, they are not sticky yet. it's a completely different feel from what you are used to from the old bike. >> that's exactly what happened. he recognizes his mistake and
4:35 am
break these suckers in first. >> a mistake. all is not well for little primmer as you can see with dr. kerry from veteran ch. in fact, dr. kerry takes us through what is going on. >> she's got fractures around here. >> oh, ow. >> that's some pretty serious injuries to primrose's face. her jaw is misaligned. you can hear the struggle she's having breathing. you can see the hematoma on the bottom and her jaw as well is dislocated. it's all off to the side. primrose here is in a bad way. >> i'm glad she's okay. i feel the pain for her. >> this is her mouth open on the side. we are worried she has a fracture back here. if she does, which it looks like
4:36 am
>> the surgeons are recommending euthanasia. >> not on this show. two weeks later, she's doing better. she has a little problem with her jaw. one week later, we'll enter our time machine and cue the inspirational music. >> oh, my gosh, she's so big! >> that's a normal dog right there. >> if you look closer, you will see she still has her wonky jaw and a few things not quite right, but she is enjoying life. and she's just having fun being a puppy. >> basically it looks like they did as much they could to get her to the situation there. if they had gone much further, it would have been too complicated. they put so much effort into this dog. this is why we love the guys, our vets. >> they don't give up easily at all. as a firefighter, there's really no question as to what
4:37 am
and these guys have a very clear job in front of them, a large house fire in pennsylvania has these guys working hard. 60 firefighters are working on this fire. what the problem here is the building is 125 years old. but these guys approached and began to make the attack. what is interesting to hear is some of the instruction going on that i can only imagine is between a more veteraned firefighter and somebody just learning. >> quite the classroom. >> talk about on-the-job learning. >> where do you start when it's just everywhere? >> start from the window on the right and work your way across is basically what the guy is telling the firefighter, i believe, there. start to cool things off, work a little closer, work a little closer. guess what?
4:38 am
>> they have to. >> there's nobody in there, though, right? >> thankfully, no. a mother, father, daughter and their dog watching this all go down from the neighbor's driveway. >> heartbreaking. i guess at the same time when you're standing there with your family, that is what is important. >> as firefighters cool things off, it gets darker. 90 minutes it took to extinguish this fire. reports say they were able to this house. >> so the bass ically just gutted the house. >> not sure but they were a i believe to contain this. he was minding his own business at the train station when -- >> a child runs up to him to ask him for his name.
