black.the third man... dressed in white... is still at large. here's the latest...the death toll officially stands at 31 people... following the bombings at brussels' airport and a metro station.another 250 were injured.anti-terror raids were conducted in belgium overnight... and investigators say they found more explosives and an *isis* flag at the suspect's apartment.brussels remains under a virtual lockdown.the city's airport remains closed this morning... but the metro system will be partially available. major u-s cities are on a heightened level of security... preparing for the worse.security has been beefed up at major transportation hubs across america... including new york... a top target.the state department is warning americans against traveling in europe... saying terrorists are planning near-term attacks right now. denver international airport now has the all-clear after a security scare.police evacuated a section of the main terminal yesterday afternoon... after k-9's found several suspicious packages

overnight hours sweeping the buildings. those are the steps the school and police here say they came up with after meeting yesterday.the school has had back to back days of bomb threats that have interrupted classes.police say they believe the same person using the same phone made the calls each day.they've taken steps to be able to track those calls.in the meantime they say they have no choice but to take the threats seriously. they feel the backpack ban and building sweeps are the only way to continue classes.. while giving parents and students peace of mind. it's a little more labor intensive but it means the school kids can have their school day without interruption throughout the day and we can be relatively sure the kids are safe, which is our utmost priority. and police are asking for help in finding who's behind the threats.if you have any information you're asked to call them.the backpack ban is for the rest of the week. students are on spring break next week.. and officials will see where things stand.

happening now... the search continues for a missing man from butler county. county.fairfield police say 82 year old douglas dean suffers from alzheimers and other medical issues.he was last seen yesterday morning. it's believed dean is driving a 20-13 chrysler 200... that looks like the one in this photo. if you see dean or his car... call police. your tax dollars could be at risk... over a popular cincinnati park project .... according to a newly released document... city officials say construction on smale park violated the law and may leave the city at financial risk. among the violations... contractors didn't have bonds required to cover their work if it isn't finished or done correctly. that could leave the city stuck with repair bills.also... the park board may have awarded contracts *without* the mandatory bidding process.9 on your side has reached out to the park board and mayor john cranley... but have not yet heard back. it's going to be another pleasant forecast today as highs top out in the mid-60s

the covington city commission is throwing its support behind a new needle exchange program. approving its proposal. proposal.the hope is that by offering heroin addicts clean needles... it will reduce the spread of diseases like hepititis and h-i-v -caused by sharing dirty needles.. resolution calls for the exchange to be open three hours a day in a mobile van in the parking lot of saint elizabeth's hospital.
