in oxford. heather: tonight, we are learning more about an american airlines pilot who died mid-flight on a plane to boston. american airlines flight 550 was heading to boston from phoenix , when 57-year-old michael johnston passed away on board. a new york medical examiner says michael johnston died of a massive heart attack. his widow says he had a history of heart problems. the co-pilot safely diverted to syracuse. ed: another pilot is expected to be ok after passing out in mid-air. a co-pilot had to take control of the united airlines flight from houston to san francisco. the plane made an emergency s not clear what caused the pilot to lose consciousness. landed. t know what happened until they were on the ground. heather: repairs underway after vermont. but service to washington dc is not expected to resume until the weekend.
