sera: police say joseph zuniga sent the photos to the same student twice in less than year. is today is accused of sending 10 naked photos to the southbridge middle and high school. zuniga is accused of using facebook to friend request the >> the student never communicated back to the teacher. just remained silent. >> we send our kids to school to learn, not receive pictures from a teacher. sera: police stepped in once rumors began to circulate around the school. they say zuniga met the student two years ago at a church function. this is the second arrest of a southbridge teacher in the last few months. a middle school teacher was arrested over the summer for allegedly trying to buy child sex shows online. zuniga will be arraigned later

this was his first year as a -- first year at the high school. emily: right now, three people are charged in a disturbing case of animal cruelty in westport. police overwhelmed walking into this house littered with trash, feces and fleas. this morning, it' s being called a house of horrors as police try to figure out what went wrong. police say 3 animals were found dead inside the home, three cats were rescued, however, one of them died the next day. one of the dead animals, a dog that police initially thought was alive. >> it was all of the fleas all over the area. their movement was moving me hair, it made it appear as if the animal was breathing, but it was dead. emily: nicole and stephen botelho are charged in the crime as is a 17-year-old. police say the couple abandoned their home after they split up. a day after a competency hearing, another mental health expert is set to weigh in on stand trial. s the hope of the judge overseeing the trial. the 16-year-old accused killer

netflix seeing its new subscriber numbers in the u.s. third quarter. this morning, the company is blaming the transition to chip-based credit and debit cards for the low numbers. as u.s. banks transition to those cards, people have to re-enter their details on the site. netflix predicted 1.1 million new streaming subscribers. it added close to 900,000. is investigating the death of a patient involved in one of its drug studies. zafgen incorporated is developing treatments for obesity and metabolic disorders. the patient was part of a trial testing a drug to treat a rare genetic disorder with a high rate of mortality linked to obesity. the company reported the death to the fda but it' s not clear when that person died and the cause of death is still unknown. new research shows more than 20,000 emergency room visits in the u.s. are linked to dietary supplements. many of those hospital visits are for young people who take
