emily: there is word the fbi is involved. >> the fbi in the u.s. attorney' s office in boston are reportedly getting involved in this investigation. that' s according to the wall street journal and the boston globe. investigators want to know if to draft kings and other fantasy sports website or violating federal gambling laws. . the sites have been under fire and the new york attorney general is launching an investigation after a draft king employee one $350,000 on the competing fantasy sport site. there is also a class action lawsuit by customers. this is the first time the feds have gotten involved. draft king issued a statement saying it is entirely predictable that the government would follow up on the misleading reports about our industry. it goes onto to say we strongly disagree with any notion that

our company is engaged in any illegal activities. the company says it is not aware of any investigation. the u.s. attorney' s office in boston will neither confirm nor deny its involvement in any investigation. randy: thank you. this southbridge teacher is getting ready to spend his first day in court. he had nothing to say last night to our camera after he was released on bail. emily: we go to dudley. >> the same photo to a teenager twice. he is accused of sending 10 student at southbridge middle and high school. is accused of using facebook to friend request the student and send those photos.

teacher, never said anything, just remain silent. >> you send your kids to school to learn. not to get pictures from a teacher. >> police stepped in once rumors began to circulate around the school and they say zuniga met the student two years ago at a church function and this is the second arrest of a south teacher in the last few months. a middle school teacher was arrested over the summer for allegedly trying to buy child sex shows online. he will be arraigned later today. this was the first year as a teacher at southbridge high. emily: thank you. three people are charged in a case of animal cruelty in westport. police were overwhelmed walking into this house littered with trash and fleas and it' s being called a house of horrors as police figure out what went wrong. three animals were found dead inside the home and three cats were rescued.

one of the dead animals was a dog that police initially thought was alive. >> it was all the fleas all over the animal. their movement was moving the here which made it appear that poor animals was breathing but it was dead. emily: two people are charged in the crime as is a 17-year-old. the couple abandoned their home after they split up. a day after a competency hearing, and other mental health expert is said to weigh in on whether philip chism is fit to stand trial. the 16-year-old accused killer entered court yesterday telling a psychologist he wants some to shoot him and his hearing voices in his head. prosecutors are not buying it. >> everything that has happened for the last 24 hours is not real. it' s fake. emily: he is charged with killing and raping a math teacher and eight high school --

in a high school bathroom in 2013 and jury selection will be delayed until next week. randy: catholic parishioners are holding an 11 year vigil to keep a church open and say they will respond today to a judge' s ruling, evading them from that building. the group has been occupying st. francis cabrini church since the boston archdiocese tried to close it in 2004. the ruling yesterday says the parishioners are trespassing on property owned by the archdiocese. the archdiocese released this statement -- the parishes of the archdiocese welcome and invite those involved to participate and join in the fullness of parish life. legislation governor baker has spoken to investigators about making massachusetts driver' s licenses compliant with the federal real id act. the bill would toughen requirements to obtain a license and make it more difficult for wanted criminals to get multiple ids.

boston and through sunday and monday, there' s going to be a high chance of some frost and even a widespread freeze. temperatures will start to dip. the cold front will usher in the coldest air we have seen all much-needed rain overnight tonight and the first thing tomorrow. it' s it or miss showers but right now, clear skies and lots of sunshine today and temperatures warming into the upper 50' s and lower 60' s. the rain chances tonight fire up. after midnight and first thing tomorrow and then the cold front brings in cooler air for your friday and into saturday. take a look at saturday -- there is going to be a risk for a spot shower or two in southern new england but northern new england, some snow popping up on the map for northern maine. they could have some snow showers. it will turn windy and cold behind that frontal boundary. 40' s for high on sunday and monday and overnight lows in the
