schedule. >> when the call comes, he ran toward danger. it was the last time he will respond to that call. randy: police in new york city released new details about it officer shot and killed in the line of duty. that officer was just 33 years old. emily: antoinette antonio following on -- new information about this gun battle that took his life. antoinette; : the officer was a third generation police officer. the suspect is in custody. holder and his partners were reported to east harlem neighborhood. the suspect opened fired on officers when they confronted him. holder was hit and died at the hospital. city leaders say this loss is a huge blow to the community. >> i' m mourning who a man who gave his life as a guardian for all

of us. we' re humble by officer rental holder -- randolph' s holder' s example of service and sacrifice. antoinette: the suspect was tracked down several blocks away. three other men were taken into custody for questioning. holder was a five year veteran of the police force. he is the fourth new york city police officer murdered in the last 11 months. emily: thank you. breaking overnight, millions of toyotas are on the recall list over a problem with their power windows. the defect can cost debris to build up in the switch causing it to overheat, melt and potentially cause a fire. two point 7 million vehicles are affected including the corolla, the camera, and the rav 4, they were produced between 2005-2010. no crashes have been reported.

7-year-old jack wa s found beaten and starved in his father' s home over the summer. the father andd his girlfriend are charged with five felonies, including assault and battery of a child. emily: now a college campus on alert. police releasing this sketch of a man they say sexually assaulted a student at bridgewater state university. police say the attack happened near our garage on campus surrounded by dorms. this morning they are stepping up patrols. the 18-year-old victim first met her attacker on kick. she agreed to meet him at a campus building monday night. that is when he assaulted her. students say the increase in attacks is disturbing. >> everyone is talking about it it' s happening far too many times that i expected. emily: bridgewater state requires all students to take an online course on sexual assault and prevention. bsu is considering reevaluating their safety plan. randy: a man is under arrest on nantucket.

this is a suspect. his name is david madison. he is behind bars this morning charged with kidnapping and rape in 2008. on bartlett road. in september, 2014 a rape on robert slang. matterson could be linked to other cases. the attorney general says she will not move to shut down draft king' s or other fantasy sports sites. she tells the globe her review is focusing on consumer protection issues, not whether or not the websites are legal. she suggested that lawmakers will have to clarify whether those businesses should operate current laws do not apply to fantasy sports. new york' s attorney general, s office, are reviewing the sites. strongly denying a report from an italian newspaper that pope fences has a brain tumor. a spokesman says the report is
