jc: a water main break in new york city caused major problems this morning. it happened at a construction site in the elmhurst section of queens. several nearby roads were flooded and shut down. subway and bus service in the area was delayed. all the construction workers made it out safely. phil: a judge has given hulk hogan permission to investigate e-mails and text messages from

gawker. hogan claims that the site was behind a rant he made on a sex tape. bowkerville attorneys are upset with the judge in the decision, saying it is unprecedented and they plan to appeal. former subway sandwich pitch-man jared fogle has agreed to a plea bargain in the child sex case against him. fogle will pay one-point-four -- 1.4 million dollars in restitution. that is $100,000 for each of his 14 victims. he will also plead guilty to child pornography and another charge. the deal will force fogel to serve between five and 12 1/2 years in prison for secretly photographing and paying minors for sex. fogle became the face of the popular sandwich chain after losing 200 pounds on what he called the subway diet. jc: it was a kick almost a decade in the making. an alabama high school student and homecoming queen suited up for her dad' s team, fulfilling a
