the victim is a 33-year-old man who was hit late last night while walking along that highway. >> tragedy in pea body. a teenager killed when his car crashed into a utility pole. he was alone in the car last night when it crashed on summit street. he was taken to a nearby hospital and he did not survive. he was a senior at maldon catholic high. they issued a statement saying they are praying for his family. the cause is being investigated. >> a bridgewater state university student arrested and charged with raping a woman on campus. the suspect was in court today and rhondella richardson has more tonight. rhondella? >> the victim and suspect went to a local pub with friends for what everyone calls the thirsty thursday. the victim said she was drunk and kept falling asleep in the guy's room. considering she was intoxicated and the suspect was a friend she almost didn't come forward. >> if i want to sleep and fall asleep i should be able to do that without worrying about

newscenter 5's janet wu shows us how it went down. reporter: the inspector general said when the boston redevelopment authority sold the rights on game day and the air rights to those lucrative seats it was flawed and it lacked transparency, but who noticed? they were on the way to the world world series. >> do you think the red sox took advantage of the euphoria of 2013 to slip this deal under the radar? >> i'm sure that was part of it. the mi yes, sir -- the mayor was at the game. >> and it makes a lot of sense and it is dwoing through the numbers we have -- going through the numbers we have. >> this was a bad deal for the city of boston and for the massachusetts taxpayers. >> they say the figures were based not on the revenues the red sox were bringing in, but on surrounding real estate values.
