prosecutors revealed they are presenting evidence to a grand jury. >> brian johnson arrived at the courthouse this morning for a scheduled probable cause hearing. the 24-year-old suspended our time officer allegedly concocted a tale about coming under gunfire. prosecutors say september 2 he fired rounds into his own cruiser, then crashed it into a tree. the vehicle burst into flames. he then radioed in for help, claiming the shock came from a white man driving a maroon pickup truck. a massive manhunt was launched across several towns. investigators determined johnson made up the story about a shooter. he has pledged not guilty to several charges including misleading a police investigation. today' s hearing lasted under two minutes. prosecutors' s told the judge they are presenting their case to the grand jury. lawyers sent another court date for december 18. reporter: right now johnson is out on bail under home confinement.

day after day. from any new parents, it' s a surprise how it can make them more than a little crabby at a time to think should be all bliss. scientists say this crabby this is not connected to how little sleep they are getting, it is how interrupted their sleep is. researchers at johns hopkins took 52 healthy adults and divided them into three groups. one was allowed to sleep as much as they wanted. the two other groups were either kept up late and allowed to sleep or briefly awakened up to 8 times through the night. little surprise that the late to bed group and the awakened group had worse moods the next day. as the experiment into new, a surprising twist. the group that was interrupted felt worse and energy levels, and effective that grew with time even when they were getting the same overall amount of sleep as the others. the reason? scientists think the fact the interrupted group got less low-wave sleep resulting in

phil: soprano' s fans have an opportunity to get their hands on a piece of memorabilia from the show. the white cadillac that actor james gandolfini drove in hbo' s "the sopranos" is being auctioned off. the escalade was featured on-screen during the final three seasons. its interior bears two autographs from gandolfini. the auction starts on november 12. the national guard is moving some precious cargo in new mexico.
