rhondella: the mother of one of the crew members said she cries every night in the discovery this weekend brings little comfort. >> i did not care about the ship. it was one and nails and plastic. and i did not care about losing that. i cared about losing my flesh and blood daughter. rhondella: her daughter grew up and died at age 51 when the el faro cargo ship sank a months ago today. sonar may have found the missing ship thatha had 33 crew on board. the emotional toll of her younger sister and mom almost unbearable. >> no survivors. no survivors. which meant my little girl was gone. i do not know how to express my grief rationally. rhondella: she calls her middle

for a real stretch of mild weather. we could be flirting with record highs by the end of the week. a timeline in a few minutes. ed: new clues into that deadly plane crash in the egyptian desert. investigators tonight saying the russian airline broke up at high altitude. more than 200 killed. the exact cause is not known right now but isis is claiming responsibility. that is largely being discounted. alex: the debris field stretches over five miles. huge chunks from the plane to tiny pieces of metal, stray clothing scattered in between. >> why an airplane would come apart in perfectly good weather, that is a very sobering question. alex: att ll 224 people on board killed, including 17 children. russian investigators have arrived in egypt saying it is too soon to say what triggered the crash, but that the plane altitude. the black box es, which include the data recorder, have been

going to church lighting candles in memory of the victims. heather: fire ripped through a three-story townhome in danvers overnight. this happen on williams street around 1:30. sadly, two do gs did not survive. firefighters were able to rescue -- the people who live in neighboring units did not even go back home because of the extensive smoke and water damage. the cause of the fire is still unknown. ed: flames engulf a fishing bout docked in north,. it was completely destroyed around 5:00 this money. firefighters used foam to keep flames from spreading. no one was hurt. the fire does not appear suspicious. heather: a homeowner' s decision to leave out cough syrup for trick-or-treaters was bad judgment. it wasn' t criminal. police got reporters about the cough syrup being left for kids trick-or-treating. they found the home and after talking to the person inside determined they were not trying

to hurt anyone. still, if parents know their last night you need to be sure to check their candy bags. grief counselors continue to help medway high school students dealing with a horrific death of a classmate. 17-year-old matty lampson was flowers mark the scene of that tragedy in franklin. she played several sports including field hockey. the car crashed into a tree and caught fire. ed: three puppy stolen from a kennel in holliston have yet to be found. the owners hoping the public can help them do that. those puppies were snatched during a break in on friday. the owners of the kennel think they know who could be responsible. >> this was the area that the puppies were in. reporter: three puppies, female yellow lab and a male a nd female boxer stolen from pick-and-pop kennel in holliston. >> it is something you do not think about because it has never

happened before. reporter: he says and 10:00 friday, the alarm went off. of place. left. >> it was not until the next morning my manager found that three puppies were missing. reporter: earlier that day, specifically about those three dogs. as you can imagine, though steps of questions come up a lo ot, and the employees thought nothing of it. >> we did not think anything of it but it is possible that was what happened, that those were the people involved. reporter: people purchasing puppies this weekend upset about the crime. >> i do not know why or how, i just hope they find them, you know. reporter: the kennel will lose money but that is not what he is worried about. >> the most important thing is that the puppies get taken care of. they do need additional shots, they do need certain food.

heather: still searching for a gunman after a deadly shooting at winston-salem state university. a 19-year-old student was killed. another wounded when a shot rang out and the parking lot. that school was celebrating homecoming and halloween weekend. the campus was locked down for several hours. in colorado, investigators are looking for answers after a deadly shooting spree there. the gun man opening fire on -- in the middle of the street. ed: three people were killed in colorado springs before the police were able to stop the suspect killed in a shootout. candy: street in colorado springs covered in crime scene tape instead of halloween decorations. the aftermath of saturday' s shooting. >> we heard boomb , boom, that shattered my windows. my son looked out the window and said somebody just fell off the bike.
