the data is revealing over the last year, the number of people who fatally overdosed with fentanyl in their system topped 330 cases. that' s a more than 50% spike from the previous 12 month period. it' s not clear if fentanyl was the actual cause of death in those instances. the department of public health does not keep track of the total number of overdose deaths linked to fentanyl. that information, and governor baker says it' s time massachusetts does the same. dph officials say they are working to overhaul their reporting system. in all, there were 1200 overdose deaths in the state last year. antoinette antonio, wcvb newscenter 5. emily: chris christie and mike stage during next week' debate. fox business is making them part of the so-called undercard,

it is unbelievable and almost surreal. emily: police also say they found packets of cocaine in gliniewicz' desk and he may have meant to use them to incriminate the administrator. randy: a mansfield man will be arraigned today, charged with threatening a woman and her toddler. the woman called police on david brock, claiming he went after her and the baby with a knife. police arrested brock at gunpoint, charging him with two counts of assault with a deadly weapon. the mother and child were not hurt. new this morning. schools is now being placed on paid administrative leave the school committee' s unanimous vote last night came just hours after brian hyde pleaded not student' s home. the alleged incident happened back in september when hyde entered the home without permission and went through her stuff to see if she actually lived there. he claims he was invited inside to do a routine residency check.
