pam: a curry college student arrested on gun charges. how campus tips led to a disturbing discovery. bob: starting to feel a lot more like fall. the november chill setting up, and how long it will last. bob: honoring veterans. how volunteers make the difference for a moving annual tribute. pam: we begin with breaking news from dorchester where police are searching for a suspect in a series of assaults on women. bob: three serious incidents that date back to last month. the latest yesterday morning. our reid lamberty is live in dorchester with breaking information.

reid: 6:00 yesterday morning run along the sidewalk in this section of dorchester. three similar incidents were a man exposed himself to a woman. police tonight making a publicly for help. where there was once comfort, there is now fear. >> i used to walk up here to burger king with my granddaughter. i' m not going to do that anymore. reid: boston police investigating three separate crimes during which a woman is approached by a man exposing himself, two of the incidents happened right outside this elderly housing complex. >> that makes me wonder, i have to look around, what' s going on what' s next behind me. reid: in one of the incidents, police say the male assailant tried forceable grabbed a woman, before she was able to get away, police unclear if the same person is responsible for each crime. the suspect in all incidents described to be a hispanic man in his late 20' s, early 30' s. the community on edge looking

a day after 18-year-old student, darius boodoosingh, was arrested on several charges including unlawful possessing a fire arm and unlawful possession of ammunition. >> we just got a mass email pretty much telling students about the situation. >> if they didn' t send that t have known. nneka: curry college public safety searched a residence hall friday following reports of theft on campus. the college says tips from students led them to boodoosingh. milton police arrested him soon after. >> i think they handled it pretty well. nneka: curry college administrators declined to speak on camera, but in a statement said there is no immediate nor ongoing threat to the campus. having a gun on campus is not only against curry college policy it' s against the law. >> we' re definitely blessed it did not get out of hand. nneka: that suspect was also

we are told he is from boston with ties to new york. he has been suspended from curry college and is still in milton police custody. bob: right now. a body is found in salem, it was discovered washed up on children' s island by a lobsterman. police are trying to determine the victim' s identity. there were no sounds of foul play. -- signs of foul play. pam: police arrest a suspect in connection with a brighton murder. 25-year-old gammada musa is charged in the shooting death of 30-year-old desmond joseph. the incident happened two weeks ago on telford street where officers discovered the body of joseph with multiple gunshot wounds. authorities acted on several anonymous tips. musa will be arraigned on monday. bob: taking a live look at the boston skyline on a saturday night. it is feeling a bit more like november. stormteam 5' s mike wankum joins us with a quick look at the forecast. mike.

in a we went down to 69 degrees, been going down. low temperatures for the day, our average high temperature for the year. cooling airflow in behind this front. a few scattered showers near nantucket. skies will clear tonight and that means something that we have not seen for a while. temperatures dropping into the 30' s in many locations. that means we start up tomorrow on the cold side. despite the sunshine, rum temperature does not get very typical for autumn. but don' t worry, warm temperatures in the forecast and pam: new hampshire police are looking for this man, caught on camera brandishing a gun as he robbed a bank today in manchester today. it happened at the triangle credit union on elm street. authorities say the man demanded money while holding a large handgun and then fled after getting cash. anyone with information is asked to call police. bob: two people are injured following a single vehicle crash in topsfield. it happened on mcleod lane

. one of the victim' s was medflighted to boston. no word yet on their identities. police are investigating the cause of the crash, pam: it' s too early to say exactly what caused that russian jet to fall from the sky. the egyptian head of the investigation says he' s waiting for evidence, though some experts say flatly, it was a bomb. the chief investigator says tests are underway, and they are focused on a noise at the end of the cockpit recording. >> a noise was heard in the last second of the cvr recording. bob: pam: the noise found on the cockpit black box recordings is being analyzed. the head of the egyptian inquiry says all scenarios are being considered, it could have been a fuel tank or lithium batteries exploding. the debris field spreads 8 miles over the sinai desert. all 224 people on board were killed. >> criminal and forensic investigators will want to drill

the explosion, any other data that can correlate to time and potentially location. pam: russian and egyptian emergency workers on saturday returned to the crash site. while the examination of the debris field continues, servicemen of both countries laid flowers on the wreckage of the plane. the associated press reported authorities were questioning airport staff and ground crew who worked on the plane and had placed some employees under surveillance. russian vacationers began to arrive home from egypt on saturday. many waited in long lines for flights out. meantime in the sinai the investigation goes on. >> some parts of the wreckage are missing, and it is hoped to locate them in the coming days. pam: he says specialized labs are looking at the recordings. european investigators who analyzed the two flight recorders are already saying the crash was not an accident. bob: with veterans day arriving mid-week this year, many are taking time this weekend to prepare tributes. in bourne, volunteers are placing thousands of american flags on the graves of those who

state officials say the area is overpopulated with the animals, which they claim has a negative effect on vegetation, leads to more deer-vehicle accidents, and the spread of lyme disease. but the group cites concerns for the deer, public safety threats, and questions about the validity of the studies backing the hunt including what they claim is misleading information about lyme disease. the controlled hunt will be permitted over 4 days in coming weeks. a dcr spokesperson responded today by saying, the health of the blue hills state reservation' s forest has been, and continues to be, negatively affected by the current overabundance of deer. dcr has taken considerable steps to ensure the public' s safety during this controlled hunt. pam: with the holidays upon us extra efforts are being made to ensure those in need can celebrate the season. today bags of food were dropped off at the wellesley food pantry.
