time ago. antoinette: she pleaded guilty to larceny charges. her defense team says they are happy with her sentence. one year in jail, suspended for three years, which means she will not spend time behind bars. she will serve 300 hours of community service and another three years of ovation. she pleaded guilty to six counts of larceny. she built herself as a hero who ran towards the bear upon -- towards the marathon bombing site. her defense attorney claims she did suffer ptsd as a result of being there and helping victims, but he admits what she did, defrauding people out of tens of thousands of dollars was a stupid thing.

emily: police are searching for the gunman who killed a pregnant woman inside her indianapolis home. amanda blackburn, the wife of a pastor, was shot in the head in what police believe was an early morning burglary tuesday. her unborn child did not survive. her young son was also at home at the time. police say there was another home invasion nearby, hours before she was killed. erika: new at noon, a pennsylvania court is ordering the state restore the pension of former penn state assistant football coach jerry sandusky. sandusky was convicted of sexually abusing 10 boys. a month.
