the run even after a series of raids overnight. >> jc and phil, authorities in several countries conducted 150 raids netting several arrests, but the two top suspects remain at large. explosions echo through the street lead police here to the belgium town. but hours after law enforcement had them cornered they found out he wasn't here. the 26-year-old french citizen is on the run. one of his brothers died in the attacks. a third brother was detained and questioned and then released today. he says he is innocent and his family is shocked by what happened in paris. they don't know what asalah is now. their neighborhood is home to this man, now identified as the alleged mastermind of the paris attacks. he is already credited with planning the foiled paris-pound shooting earlier

at large. back in paris the city stopped in silence to remember the victims today. and tonight for the first time the eiffel tower reopened lit up in the colors of the french flag. he confirmed that isis planned the attacks from syria and said he will meet with russia and the u.s. to coordinate the fight against them. >> isil is the face of evil. our goal as i said many times is to degrade and ultimately destroy this barbaric terrorist organization. reporter: the french president expects to extend the state of emergency for another three months. at home boston mayor marty walsh announced a moment of silence tomorrow at 5:00 p.m. on city hall plaza. jc? jc: president obama referred to the bombings in his re, mas. he said what happened in boston shows the devastation that can be caused by a small group of dedicated people.

>> there was the boston marathon bombers. obviously it did not result in the scale of death that we saw in paris, but that was a serious attempt at killing a lot of people by two brothers and a croc -- crockpot. >> there are new fears following the paris attacks. the concerns he has now about refugees. phil: right now the fbi is hunting for suspects who stole more than a dozen high powered weapons from the army reserve in worcester. rhondella richardson is live outside the center, and this is being taken very seriously, rhondella. reporter: military weapons in the wrong hands for more than 24 hours now. we are talking about 10 pistols and six assault rifles. they are trying to get the

back. lead. they are looking for a man and an suv caught on surveillance center. he is wanted in connection with the break in and the high-powered weapons stolen center. it happened in the overnight hours saturday into sunday morning. five investigates is now identifying the 16 stolen weapons to include m-4 assault rifles and handguns. worcester police are on heightened alert. the break in doesn't appear to have any terrorism ties, but missing stolen assault weapons are a grave concern for all city and state leaders. >> i am especially concerned about it separate and apart of anything that has to do with terrorism. i am concerned high caliber weapons were stole -- stolen from a military facility in the first place. >> there are a lot of weapons on the street. you are not sure who broke in

who it was. they are doing an investigation, but we are not sure if it is local or bigger than that. >> the suspect or suspects broke if through the roof. an employee called police reporting smoke in the building and signs of a security breech. worcester's city manager in a statement says the worcester police department is now actively collaborating with federal and state law enforcement agencies in the investigation. reporter: and they are trying to track them through a national database, but they remind the public you can always call in an anonymous tip to police. rhondella richardson, wcvb, newscenter 5. jc: police are dealing with several threats at massachusetts schools. at harvard four buildings were evacuated because of what was said to be an unconfirmed bomb threat. the science center building is steel being searched. still being searched. sky 5 is over the latin school and every other cambridge school was searched after a bomb threat appeared on the

internet. nothing was found there. noon. someone left a known threatening the mckay art academy which is a pre-k through 8 school. that building was emptied as it was searched. students were bussed to the auditorium until the all clear was given. phil: the murder trial of the toon ager accused of -- the teenager accused of brutally killing his teacher got underway. he admitted he killed her, but suffers from severe mental illness. reid lamberty was in the courtroom and he joins us live in salem. reid? reporter: it was within the past month or so that he was deemed confident enough -- competent enough to stand trial. his attorneys wasted no time building his insanity defense. there is no doubt, says philip chisim's defense team, that the teenager is a murderer. >> philip chisim killed colleen. reporter: but no sooner did she acknowledge her client's

guilt, she offered the explanation that chisim is you is saw -- is severely mentally foesed. >> he was suffering from a sigh psychotic disorder since the age of 10. reporter: mental illness she continued plagues members of his family. when he was a 14-year-old freshman he went to the high school with a terrible purpose. carrying in his backpack -- >> a blue sweatshirt with a hood, gloves, a mask, a box cuter. reporter: prosecution says chisim followed his 24-year-old math teacher into the women's bathroom where he cut her throat with this box cuter, raped her and dumped her body in the woods behind the high school. then prosecutors say he stole her purse, keys and credit cards. hours after the murder, police saw him walking along route 1 and found the bloody box cuter.

that's the warmth it will get. now here is the way it looks on the future cast. as we go through the day tomorrow, this is 6:00 a.m. day. there is nothing going on. this is wall to wall sunshine. nothing but sunshine tomorrow and that will a -- that will allow our temperatures to cool just a bit. high temperatures tomorrow are pretty much into the 40s. we will see 46 degrees for a high in worcester. still cool on wednesday, but look at that. we start to warm up. but once you warm up, the price you pay is in the form of showers. here is the way it looks. tomorrow sunshine. more sunshine on wednesday. there comes the frontal boundary giving us a chance of rain moving if here. along with it it will be windy and mild. temperatures warming up to near 60 degrees again. but then that system, that could mean an inch or two of rain as it pushes on through. behind it, here comes cooler weather back into the forecast. so cool in fact there may be a few wet snowflakes. it doesn't look like much of a system.
