informants. 17-year-old eve tarmey was found dead of a fentanyl overdose in a rochester motel last month. tarmey' s mother and her mother' s boyfriend are also charged in the case. also new, the man accused of beating another man in an alleged case of road rage has pleaded not guilty. the telegram reports ryan kobus pleaded not guilty to assault and battery. the 25-year-old is accused of tailgating another vehicle in barre in september. when that other car pulled over to let him pass kobus allegedly stopped and pulled the 71-year-old driver out of his car and beat him up while his wife and granddaughter looked on. emily: boston police commissioner bill evans unveiling a new plan to try and help solve the city' s unsolved murders. once a month, police will release a video of one of those unsolved crimes, hoping new information will come forward.>g >> all it takes is one person

unsolved homicides. erika: the commissioner says in many of the cases, police have a good idea of who may have committed the crime but need that little bit of extra information to help close the case. erika: right now a worcester firefighter is recovering after an overnight fire. nearly a dozen people had to be rescued when flames broke out on pleasant street around four this morning. the fire is believed to have started in the basement before spreading to the roof. no word yet on a cause. an 11-year-old new hampshire girl is being credited with saving her family. the girl called her father around 8:00 last night and told him something smelled funny in their nashua home, and nobody was feeling well.vl her father urged her to get outside and call 911. firefighters say when they arrived, they found carbon monoxide levels high enough to be deadly. the family was treated, and is expected to be ok. an associate of isis executioner jihadi john in custody.

emily: right now, an associate of this man, jihadi john, is in custody, accused of plotting to carry out paris-style attacks in turkey. investigators say aine lesley davis, a british national, was planning a trip to europe to deliver orders on those attacks. davis was arrested just hours after the airstrikes that killed jihadi john, an isis executioner, last week. attorneys for the man accused of threatening to firebomb a florida mosque says his client has no criminal record and no history of violence. martin alan schnitzler is accused of leaving a voicemail for the islamic center of pinellas county just hours after the paris attacks threatening to attack the mosque and quote, shoot whoever is there. the fbi says the threats were not credible. schnitzler is charged with
