cloverleaf shopping plaza just across from the natick mall. we have learned all three victims were men and they were just leaving the harbor freight struck. a female driver in her late 80' s lost control of her white sedan, airborne. plowed into those three men. >> she went airborne. you could hear an accident sound and that' s when we all came running out of the building -- bang, bang, bang. one on top of the other. >> not to be gross, but there was a lot of blood and chaos. we just tried to comfort the people. reporter: police tried to re-create the accident and get a sense of how fast the elderly driver was going. but one of the men she hit has now died from his injuries.

the others were badly hurt, one of them critically. all we can tell you is that they were all coming out of the harbor freight tools store. one of the men worked for an armored car company and was making a pickup when he was coming out. the other two men were victims in their 70' s. we believe they were customers coming out of the same building, all of them in the past of the vehicle that went out of control. jc: that is highland avenue and needham crossing over 128 -- look at those backups. folks are going to be waiting for a long time for people to get home tonight. harvey leonard is tracking whether the weather will be an issue. harvey: in terms of a chill, yes. in terms of storms, no. it is already cold tonight, 29 in plymouth and hyannis, so another cold one to deal with.

reporter: his website advertising offices in new york, london and boston and that is where police investigators found him. he was here in court before a judge today. >> he was in business consulting and development. reporter: he is talking about this man, accused of posing and a lawyer -- posing as a lawyer and defrauding clients. prosecutors claim he has used one of eight aliases. police searched an office at one place where he was arrested on monday. please say he improperly took credit card payments from two clients for more than $21,000. his lawyer in court today says that is not a whole story. his defense as he is a business developer creating new ventures. >> people were coming to him wanting to a in business
