news. three people have been killed in a shooting at a planned parenthood clinic in colorado springs. reid: the shooter is in police custody right now. one of those killed, a 44-year-old police officer just identified as garrett swasey. he was a six-year veteran of the university of colorado-colorado springs police department. wcvb newscenter 5's mary saladna is live in boston tonight. mary, security has been increased at the planned parenthood in the city? mary: that is right. the center closed here for the holiday weekend but not clear if planned parenthood was specifically targeted even. after a tense six-hour and juf and shoot out, the gunman finally gave himself up to police.
