>> from boston' s news leader, this is wcvb newscenter 5 at 5:30 p.m. phil: our breaking news coverage continues now at 5:30 p.m. a man caught on surveillance camera, now under arrest. police say james derepentigny planted a hoax device in south boston this morning. the lawrence man has a lengthy criminal record, and possible mental health issues. phil: antoinette: a brockton high school student is under arrest, accused of making threats on facebook. police say the suspect hacked into another student' s facebook account, and posted a threat about bombing, and shooting up the school. although the post was quickly taken down, screen shots led police to the suspect. phil: the fbi now calling the shooting rampage in san bernardino an act of terror. investigators saying the couple who killed 14 people showed signs of being radicalized. the fbi says the killers did not appear to be part of a larger terror group. we want to return our attention to remember the -- remembering the 14 people killed in that shooting. antoinette: they have all been identified.
