outbreak of no virus and not e. coli. they say they found numerous violations at that location in cleveland circle. the commissioner at boston inspection services says report started coming in of white spread illness. 30 boston college students are sick, including members of the eight men' s basketball team. the department of public health is working with inspectional services on the case. an inspector temporarily suspended chipotle' s permit after finding three violations, cooked chicken and steak was below the proper holding temperature of 140 degrees. an employee was working despite being sick. also, the multiple reports of foodborne illness which poses an imminent health hazard, so the restaurant was shut down until further notice. >> it is a precautionary effort. if there is a question of illness, we want to make sure the establishment will properly

todd: there was also a report of a case of sicknesses at that cleveland circle chipotle in 2008. just to reiterate our breaking news, they say they are being told by city officials this was likely an outbreak of norovirus. erika: the defense rests in the trial of the danvers high school student charged with murder. that means philip chism' s fate will soon be in the hands of the jury. newscenter 5' s sera congi is covering the trial live from salem, sera? sera: the defense resting is a big step in this trial. there is still some eye-opening testimony. today, a doctor got on the stands who tested her and said the teenager is faking mental illness. >> lawyers for the juvenile --

his trial. he is accused of killing his high school teacher two years ago. his attorneys are building an insanity defense and brought several expert witnesses over the last few days to make that case. >> the results this -- suggest it was invalid. sera: today, the prosecution is refuting those witnesses with their own, an expert from mcleans hospital testified she gave chism several tests which determined he was faking symptoms. >> it suggests he was attempting to fake bad, and to demonstrate that he was severely mentally ill. sera: another doctor showed chism these ink blots known as the rorshach test. she testified he had increased teenage tendancies, but was not psychotic. >> i believe that mr chism does that more, but it did not rise to psychosis or delusional thinking. sera: yesterday, the judge

officers. is a man in his 20' s. one of the teens accused of killing a new bedford veteran walked away from the fall river group home that was watching over him. now, an internal review is trying to figure out how he managed to stay on the run for more than two weeks. 18-year-old alexander mills and a 16-year-old are accused of killing donald depina who was giving them a ride in his cab. mills was supposed to be under state supervision until he turned 21. although local police were informed about him going missing according to the globe state , police weren' t alerted until two weeks later. new at noon, crews demolish the home where four people died in a fire last friday. sonia cruz, her sister maritza, niece yasmin, and nephew rodolfo mercedes were all killed. investigators are still trying to figure out how the fire on bruce place started. they' re asking anyone with photos or video to turn them in.

erika: a terrifying crash caught on camera in florida. watch as a freight train slams into this car in orlando. the honda apparently got stuck on the tracks. a group of people tried to push it off. when that didn' t work, the driver and passenger step away. and just in time with just seconds to spare. luckily no one was hurt. an air france flight from san francisco diverted to montreal after a bomb threat. it happened just before midnight. the flight bound for paris landed safely. all 231 passengers and 15 crew members were evacuated and searched.

france flights from the u.s. to paris were diverted because of bomb threats. new video of a violent confrontation inside a chicago jail cell. a prisoner tasered by officers and dragged down a hallway later dies. now, years later, officials say those officers went too far. officers are seen entering the cell where phillip coleman was being held. the box on the screen is for privacy around a toilet. coleman is lying down when officers hit him with several charges from a taser. moments later comes the part that police brass concede shouldn' t have happened. coleman' s limp body is dragged down the corridor. officers pulling him by the wrists. chicago' s mayor releasing a statement saying, i do not see how the manner in which mr. coleman was physically treated could possibly be acceptable . this happened three years ago, after coleman who graduated from the university of chicago, inexplicably attacked his mother in their home. police say he spit blood on

>> it was just a lot of frustration going on. he was in the car. he was pounding on the paddy wagon door. erika: police took coleman to the hospital where doctors gave him a sedative. an autopsy determined he died from an allergic reaction to that drug and not the use of force by police. nonetheless, their treatment of coleman while in custody is now being investigated. and 3 years later for the first time police admit this incident , should' ve been handled differently especially considering officers may have been dealing with someone with mental health issues. documents reveal the officers involved received only one day suspensions. t consider the case closed. oscar pistorius is now free on murder. a judge ruled his house arrest will continue until he is sentenced at a hearing in april. last week south africa' s supreme court of appeal overturned his conviction for culpable homicide in the shooting death of of his girlfriend and convicted him of pistorius' lawyers do say they plan to appeal the new conviction.
