pam: nearly 200 nations adopt the first global pact to fight climate change. the paris agreement aims to keep global temperatures from rising another 1.8 degrees fahrenheit between now and the year of 2100. the deal will also help poorer nations pay for the effects of global warming. president obama addressed the delegates. president obama: our goal is high and we want to work together. this agreement represents the best chance we have had to save the one planet that we' ve got. pam: right now climate change protests are wrapping up in boston. today, activists rallying demanding bold action from international leaders. environmental, labor and religious groups among those on boston common. they marched and held a rally at the state house. so far, no arrests. bob: meanwhile, mid-december temperatures soared into the sixties in many parts of the state

coming. and though most welcome this mild december, for those in the ski business it' s tough going. our juli mcdonald is live at wachusett mountain tonight. juli. juli: yeah, bob, that' s right. when you pull off at the mountain, you are going to see three feet of snow. a welcomed 500 through 700 guests tonight, that they are hoping to see some big changes in their season that runs from the day after christmas until the end of february. it is a holiday -- >> it. juli customers have been dreaming of a white christmas. today' s snow.

him, matthew reppucci, of new he' s been charged with driving with a suspended license. bob: new hampshire state police nab a man for driving the wrong way down interstate 89. 26-year-old sean list is charged with drunk driving and reckless conduct. multiple drivers reported that at one point narrowly missing a tractor trailer. police used spike strips to stop list' s vehicle and arrested him. the investigation continues into the mbta' the red line train left braintree thursday morning and rumbled through four stations it by cutting power to the rails. 5 investigates finding the operator did not follow several procedures. those actions could cost him his job. a disciplinary hearing will be held on monday. pam: on cape cod today, a growing holiday tradition at the veterans cemetery. volunteers placing wreaths on the graves of those who served. thousands of wreaths bringing color and pride to this hallowed ground. our sera congi has the story from bourne. sera: it' s a holiday mission requiring hundreds, volunteers lay wreaths for thousands of war veterans at the national cemetery in bourne. rick: it' s something i' ve always

sera: rick ezersky is here to honor his father and mother, both buried here. rick: i think it' s just fantastic to see the people that remember those that fought, to keep their freedom. sera: a special ceremony marks the annual event. every wreath is donated. captain mills: to remember that we are one nation with one flag. sera: but there are not enough wreaths for the over 58,000 veterans who rest here, second largest behind arlington cemetery. captain mills: i would love, i would love to have 58,000 wreaths here. sera: organizers set a goal of 5000 wreaths for the ceremony, thanks to a last minute donations, surpassed the goal. captain mills: i was at 4683, pushed us up to over 6000. sera: it' s too late to contribute for this holiday

pam: dakin was identified through dna analysis. more than 7800 americans are still unaccounted for from the korean war. bob: the question of the day for patriot fans would rob gronkowski fly to houston with his teammates therefore keeping hope alive that he' ll play tomorrow against the texans. answer: yes, yes, gronk made the trip to houston. he remains questionable for the game tomorrow night which means the patriots believe his chances of playing are 50-50. gronk suffered a bone bruise and sprain to his right knee against the broncos. the patriots lost that game and they lost the eagles game, which gronk didn' t play and that gives is. always wish we could have these kind of talks whenever we went, whether it is jules or cronk -- gronk. bob: more from the patriots and

announcer: you' re watching newscenter 5 at 6:00. bob: the investigation continues into the san bernardino terror attack. fbi agents recovered a number of items from a lake after receiving a tip that the two shooters had visited the area the day of the killings which left 4 people dead and 21 wounded. authorities would not specify what the items were. they believe the couple may have gone to the lake to dump evidence after the shooting. pam: the copley plaza hotel celebrates its 4-legged ambassadors today. catie and carley copley rang in their birthdays with a special party. catie turned 14. while carley turned five. children and their families attended the festivities which featured a reading of the children' s book about catie copley followed by a birthday cake.

month after more than a decade of service. bob: hundreds of half-naked santas hit the streets of boston [laughter] bob: the 16th annual santa speedo run was held in the back bay. they look great. proceeds raised go to the play ball foundation. since its inception the event has raised over $1.6 million. they could have gotten 30 degree temperatures, but it was nice for them. danielle vollmar just ahead with changes with the weather.

hundreds of babies could be at risk for a dangerous disease. the santa clara valley medical center said a nurse tested positive for tuberculosis. she works in the mother and infant care center in san jose. as a precaution, 350 infants who may have been exposed now must be tested. they are not calling it an emergency, but they conceded is a serious situation. >> tuberculosis can travel throughout the body to other areas, including the brain. pam: medical specialists are recommending that all babies born at the hospital this fall get antibiotics for six to nine months. bob: commitment 2016 finds donald trump taking on the supreme court' s chief justice as well as rival ted cruz. he called chief justice roberts a disappointment. and attacked his former friend senator cruz. gloria riviera reports.

but temperatures tomorrow are going to drop. notice it is worcester. we have a cold front turning the winds and that is going to bring in a not only cooler weather, but more clouds as we head through the day tomorrow. it looks like this, cloudy and cooler for your sunday, we are tracking some much-needed rain on monday, and that will go from late monday night and into early tuesday. the mild temperatures are going to continue over the next couple of days. you can see it out there right now holding on, in boston, worcester, springfield, but cooler up in concord at 51 degrees, so that cold front has made its way there. it will be into the 30' s for the meramec valley, low 40' s in worcester, low 40' s in boston,

nantucket. it will be a mostly cloudy night, we are not expecting much in the way of fog. in terms of cloud cover, you notice that by 5:00, it is pretty much there, and because we have a north wind, this could make an impact, especially on the cape and islands, if anything at all. mostly through the day, it will be a mostly cloudy day, the wind will be coming off of the water, so it will feel a little bit cooler tomorrow. but still, it is mild by the december standards. we should be in the mid 40' s. 50 boston -- 50 for boston tomorrow and at the cape. our next storm system is up to the west and there is a warm front associated with it. warm air is going to make its way back in on monday and even into tuesday. those rain chances are on the way, especially as we get towards monday night.
