arrested here in massachusetts. reporter: police arrested bruce danforth december 2 in this parking lot. >> there was an altercation with two women in one of our shopping centers. someone observed him shooting up hair when. reporter: officers saw danforth holding hypertonic needles as two women rolled up their sleeves, preparing for an injection. all three were arrested for heroin possession. danforth, who lived in also be, had a lengthy criminal history. he was supposed to appear in court december 4. when he did not show, a war it was issued for his arrest.

jc: more than 100 people homeless after flames tear through a condo complex in connecticut. the fire was sparked this morning. an entire section of the building collapsed. crews managed to get everyone out safely. a shelter has been set up to help displaced residents. the department of justice is launching a criminal investigation against bluebell creameries for its role in a listeria outbreak. the doj wants to know how much they knew about the outbreak and how quickly they responded through the texas company, one of the biggest ice cream brands in the u.s., recalled all products in april because of listeria contamination. it began shipping again in phil: august. for customers the software giant says it plans to inform users of email and file-storage services, if it believes the accounts were hacked by government agencies. microsoft previously offered
