investigating the cause of her death. frannie's wish was to be buried with her deceased husband, but she was cremated instead. they discovered an apprentice when working with a casper medical funeral home they are working with the body of the man with the same last name and was given the body with frannie hickey. when we spoke with frannie's brother he blamed the funeral home and the crematorie for this horrible mistake. >> we are very hurt. reporter: now more than two years later in this consent agreement with the state, the brothers who operate the funeral home will pay $10,000 in fines. they are continuing to complete the education and the funeral director's license is on a six-month probation.
