it was necessary to transport jones to norwood hospital by ambulance. the police department confirms jones showed up with a medical emergency. he was examined. it is unclear at this time what the condition was, and why it was so necessary to transport him to the hospital. jones lives about a block from the police station. dispatch records show that an officer was sent to secure his home, after he showed up. jones was released from the hospital later on sunday. he went to practice yesterday and today. we contacted the patriots this evening, they released this statement from stacy james. chandler jones was admitted to the hospital on and released sunday, that day. he reported to work on time monday morning. and has participated in all meetings and practices since then. the patriots are doing meetings against more morning. practice is scheduled for 12:30, tomorrow afternoon. heather: only on 5 tonight, daring rescues from a burning home. one man is being called a hero for risking his own life to save the lives of strangers. newscenter 5'

i am talking about a wind chill of single digits and teens. when you combined temperatures in the 20' s with wind gusts of 40 miles per hour, that is what you get. it will be cold on thursday as well. a little bit of a break in the cold on friday. we might get just enough mild air and that when a storm comes up the coast on saturday, especially the first half or two thirds of the day, it might be just warm enough for rain, but it will be close in some of the northern and western areas. they might get heavy, wet snow instead. we might have to monitor that. what is all that mean for the game in foxborough, it will be precipitation. i think the precipitation will be winding down by the game. that is also when it will start to: -- turn colder. even if it is rain in foxboro for much of the storm, it might be ending, or over by then, and also a brisk northerly wind is
