pockets in this area. again, it's not likely to be widespread through the entire area but it could happen. it's also issued because there may be some wet snow involved in the second half of the storm, especially in the higher elevations out here. so that's the overview. again, those potential little icy spots scattered about in this region for later on tonight and possibly first thing tomorrow. but the main storm action is going to be coming up the coast and that's going to give a good swath of moisture in here, once we get to after midnight tonight for the start and then sometime fairly shortly after noontime tomorrow or 1:00 for the end. here is the storm. it's going to be small but intense. the heaviest rain is likely to pass through southeastern mass and the cape. in the wee hours of the morning, perhaps when many of you are sweeping, the rain will get way. it does look like there's going to be a period of heavy rain mass and the

from about the worcester hills and especially the berkshires, it's going to be borderline in temperature. when it lets up, it's going to be rain or borderline freezing rain. this will continue, at least through midmorning tomorrow. then the very last punch of moisture, late tomorrow morning toward noontime, colder air is going to be drawn down from above and there might even be wet snow before it quits. that's a mix and that's snow and that's rain. how can it be raining in worcester and snowing closer to boston? i'm not saying that will happen, but if it does, it will be intensity related. higher elevations are colder and the intensity of the presip can bring it down. generally, this is still going to be mostly rain for most of our area, and it is out of the way before the game is played. best chance nor a few -- for a few inches, berkshires and possibly
