antoinette: this violence seem to come out of nowhere. police say it started with a fight between to wo men. here is a look at cell phone video that a witness caught in the middle of this chaos. a 29-year-old man was shot during an argument around 2:30 yesterday just as the train was pulling up to the maverick station. riders tell us they heard that shot as they left the train. that is when another shot was fired. a 43-year-old man was struck on the platform as a violence spilled out of the train. some say it appeared the suspect was looking for someone else. >> people were moving away from the doors. the first instinct was to kind of recoil. a third character appeared. he wasn' t afraid of anything. antoinette: riders hoping for a much calmer commute today. train service was suspended between airport and bowdoin

the mayor says he has increased school funding by 19 million dollars. he says every large desert in the state is feeling the same pinch and called on state lawmakers to help change that. maher walsh: let' s work through the state budget process to make it pull -- a full investment. randy: he also praised the hiring of 24 new principles, extending school days and the creation of a 10 year school building plan. the mayor is creating a new office of housing stability to help people stay in their homes even as cost of living in the city skyrockets. he wants to form a task force that will study the idea of raising the minimum wage in the city to $15.00 an hour and commit resources to improving the city' s parks, converting six acres into new park space in the
