reporter: police describe what happened. they were called to this apartment building last tuesday on welington street and found a 14 month old baby in trouble. the boy was about to go into cardiac arrest and was given narcan. the baby did respond to narcan. police say he tested negative for heroin, marijuana and cocaine. they are looking into whether heart medication is connected. same apartment where a toddler died in september. the two children are not related. earlier today i spoke with a woman who lived with the boy's mother and said d.c.f. has visited a few times. >> she never hit the baby. she just didn't pay attention to him.

this north and then those big jumps of snow would get in our area at least the southern parts. right now, we will keep it conservative. almost nothing to maybe an inch or two. boston north and west. but one and four inches and three to six inches for southern rhode island and connecticut. we have wind considerations that will be peaking saturday night and first thing on sunday. 40-plus. and certainly all the coastline will have a lot of wind. in boston right now -- i got new york on my brain. 31 degrees with a northwest wind. it's cold. we have another cold night in store tonight. a few single digits and right around 30 degrees for tomorrow. next seven days, one other thing we want to point out. we have to be aware of the coast
