later every day. a little cooler than yesterday. westerly breeze at 17 miles per hour. it's a little chillier to the north and west but you can clearly see not drastically so. when we take a look this way it's also chillier but not too much. that's the trend. for a little chillier weather tonight and tomorrow down a couple of degrees from today. all of us, maybe not nantucket but otherwise, all of us will start out below freezing on thursday and above freezing during the afternoon hours, upper 30's to 40 degrees or so for the high temperature. now that moisture i'm talking about, you already see the edge of cloudiness, it's not that far down the coast. this is where we're going to see a developing storm. but the track of the storm should be far enough off to keep most of the precipitation away. we'll see skies become mostly clear for a while and the start of the day tomorrow. then we'll start to see clouds pivot up from the south later in the day.
