showdown before the primary next tuesday. randy: we have an update on a helicopter crash that killed 12 u.s. marines including a massachusetts man off the coast of hawaii. the marine corps says trace elements of d.n.a. were found during search and rescue operations and the d.n.a. identified some of the victims. it's not clear which ones. 23-year-old marine corporal christopher orlando of hingham was on one of those choppers that crashed last month. today the long time girlfriend of murderer whitey bulger heads back to the federal court in boston. catherine creig is expected to plead guilty to contempt charges. she refuses to give information about people who helped bulger in his 16 years on the run. creig is serving eight years for helping the boston crime boss avoid capture. emily: right now the driver behind this tragic crash is preparing to learn his punishle. this case has been full of emotional twists and turns for everyone involved.
